Over the years, the 36-year-old actor has appeared in a bevy of projects, including the Percy Jackson franchise, 2016's "The Choice," and 2017's "Baywatch" alongside Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.

2020: Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form Meet During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Arguably one of the few good things to come out of the pandemic is Daddario and Form meeting on an empty New York City street in 2020. Touching on the chance encounter, the "White Lotus" actor explained to Vogue, "He was also on a walk, and we passed each other downtown. He turned back and said 'hi' just as I was turning around to glance back at him. I laughed and said 'hi,' and then we both laughed about how we were the only two people on what is normally an incredibly busy street, and he asked if he could take me to dinner."

Daddario went on to explain that she took him up on his offer, though the two wouldn't have the date until after he returned to New York from Europe for a work trip.

Weeks later, upon his return, they had a casual date in the hotel where he was staying. "It was peak COVID and because he was a guest — one of three in the whole hotel — we had our first date by the fire in their downstairs living room," Daddario revealed.

December 2021: Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form Get Engaged

In December 2021, Daddario casually announced on Instagram that she and Form were engaged. She wrote, "The absolutely most wonderful man, you handle nonsense, loss, life, difficulty, people, with grace and compassion. You're a loving father, funny, hard-working, honest, introspective, sexy, kind and sensitive- you've made room on some of the prime real-estate wall space for pictures of Levon, a dog you never even met. You've allowed the two knuckleheads (who aren't as good as Levon, shhh) endless space in our home, and I love hearing you from upstairs talking to them when you don't know anyone is listening. You've taken the worst moments of my life and soothed them, just knowing that you existed when they happened makes my heart fuller and more pieced together."

She continued: "Right now I am looking at all the giant packages of gluten-free Oreos you surprised me with. It's so many Oreos, it makes me laugh. I love how we have been chastised and separated by flight attendants on multiple international flights because we are like teenagers. Why does it all feel so different? This is the love they talk about in poems and Ed Sheeran songs. Andrew- you are the greatest, most formidable love of my life. I couldn't be luckier."

Daddario also shared pictures from a photo shoot showing off her engagement ring.

In an interview with People in February 2002, the "Baywatch" actor told the outlet, "It feels so exciting. . . . But mostly it just feels very peaceful. I feel very at peace with him and very happy, and I just feel very lucky."

June 2022: Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form Tie the Knot

Daddario and Form's engagement only lasted six months, because in June 2022, the two said "I do" at Preservation Hall in New Orleans, as reported by Vogue. The ceremony was short and sweet, Daddario explained.

"We said vows, cried, and Andrew's children were his groomsmen and ring bearers. We wanted to keep the ceremony itself short so people could have a dose of love and then get back to the music and catching up," the actor said. After the ceremony, guests were led through New Orleans's iconic French Quarter to the reception at Bar Marilou, where they enjoyed cheeseburgers and dancing throughout the night.
