For New York Bridal Week Spring 2014, Marchesa sent models down the runway with a smoky eye fit for a nighttime wedding. Overheard backstage: Westman also told us a little bit about her wedding makeup and mentioned she might be making an all-inclusive palette for brides in the future.

Earth Month is the perfect time to experiment with eco-friendly beauty recipes, like this three-ingredient, skin-softening lip scrub from founder of LaLicious, Jessica Kernochan. "Honey is a natural skin softener and sugar is used to exfoliate," she explains. Kernochan also likes to add a little coconut oil for added nourishment. The details below:
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon honey
A dab of coconut oil
Apply the mixture to your lips with your fingers and scrub them gently in small circular motions. Rinse the scrub off with warm water, pat dry, and apply your favorite balm.

Some perfumes are so great, you want to be completely surrounded by them, and apparently Jo Malone London knows just that. The luxury fragrance company transformed one of its classic fruity floral scents into a whole range of home products just in time for Spring. We're particularly fond of the English Pear & Freesia Diffuser ($75), which is housed in a striking Jo Malone container with black reeds, filling any room with its refreshing blend of juicy pear, white freesia, and warm amber notes. Set it out for a touch of decor, and you don't even have to step outside to catch a breath of Spring.
