Longtime readers know that PopSugar has beautiful curly hair — perhaps you remember her advice for curly girlies? So when I found out about Hair Rules, a new collection of hair care, I knew who could help me try the products. What's cool is that the line is divided into styling products for kinky, curly, and wavy hair; it's not a one-curl-fits-all kind of thing. The products are meant to hydrate and protect textured hair without weighing it down or trying to straighten it out.

Pop and I were in New York not too long ago, and around the corner from our hotel, a man was selling perfumes from a table. There was Vera Wang Princess, Thierry Mugler Angel, Flower by Kenzo, Calvin Klein Euphoria, on and on and on. The prices were low, but somehow I don't trust the product. Would you have picked up a bargain, or taken a pass?
I hope you've all been saving your pennies, because an unprecedented shopping opportunity is upon us. Remember how a tipsy Kate lost part of her hair extensions a couple of weeks ago? An enterprising paparazzo snapped it up and is now auctioning the tossed locks on — where else? — eBay.
German photographer John Farr, shown here, has listed the extension, with proceeds from the auction going to anti-drug group Keine Macht den Drogen (No Power to Drugs). "I hope Kate has nothing against this action," he explains in the auction. "Sorry I couldn't ask her for any interview as she was in a hurry."
Bidding, which ends July 3, is already up to 86 Euro, or about $135. I can't think of anything I'd like more than someone else's fake hair. Let's not all fall over ourselves to get in on the action, OK?
Ever since I started toying around with cream blush about a year ago, I've been hooked. I'm not really into anything too shimmery — I like to leave that to the more spreadable luminizers — but I've been having a field day with pinky-brown tones like By Terry's Rose de Rose Sheer Liquid Blush in Fresh Rose that I told you about earlier in the week. Each of these items leaves my face looking flushed, hydrated and even a little dewy in a natural way. It's as though I've just drunk a bottle of water and gone for a brisk walk. Here are my other four fave cream blush discoveries; what's your top pick?
Benefit Cream Blush in Hush ($18) is a sheer, thin and easily spreadable cream-to-powder pinky-nude-colored blush that adds a natural-looking warmth to fair skin.
Stila Convertible Color in Peony ($24) is the darkest of the bunch. I reserve this color for moments when I crave a rosy glow. The consistency is slightly waxy at first, so it's best applied with a sponge to facilitate blending.
Scott Barnes Cream Color in Sway ($25) is a moist, easily spreadable pinky-beige blusher that can also double as a lip and eye shade. Use a little bit for a natural effect, or layer for a deep, dewy look.
Since the first installment of my celebrity beauty quotes quiz was so popular, I thought it was time to bring it 'round again. This time, some of the beauties are a little bit older — and dare I say, wiser? Try to guess which famous, beautiful women said the following quotes. Good luck!
Kristin Cavallari went with a black-lace, bra-baring top at The Breeders' Cup Winners Circle Event in LA. She paired it with black skinny pants, and kept things neutral with beige patent pumps and a matching clutch.
