2009 Primetime Emmy Awards: Mindy Kaling

Mindy Kaling may play the lovably vapid Kelly Kapoor on The Office, but in real life she's one funny and stylish lady.

Mindy Kaling may play the lovably vapid Kelly Kapoor on The Office, but in real life she's one funny and stylish lady. She dressed up her collarbone-length cut, which is very flattering on people with strong cheekbones and jaws, by pulling the front section back with a barrette. Her makeup was simple, but she was subtly making the transition into Fall with her berry lipstick. Are you digging Mindy's out of office look, or do you prefer her with Kelly's mall chic purple lipstick and cardigans?

2009 Primetime Emmy Awards: Holly Hunter

Nominated for her role in Saving Grace, Holly Hunter looks every bit the movie star on tonight's red carpet.

Nominated for her role in Saving Grace, Holly Hunter looks every bit the movie star on tonight's red carpet. She wore her hair very long with luscious, curly blond tendrils, showing that she really knows how to make 50 sexy. From a makeup perspective, she kept the look pretty minimal — pink tinted lips, lightly rouged cheeks, barely there shadow — letting her fabulous hair do the talking. I'm loving this look on Holly. It's age appropriate and looks great on her. What do you all think? Is she the Saving Grace of the Emmys?

2009 Primetime Emmy Awards: Tina Fey

Up next is Tina Fey, sporting one very serious peach-colored lipstick.

Up next is Tina Fey, sporting one very serious peach-colored lipstick. The 30 Rock actress, who could take home yet another award tonight for the critically acclaimed show, is not known for outlandish hair and makeup looks, but tonight, she amps it up a bit with that that warm-toned lip color, no? A bit of dark liner on the outer Vs, along with a wavy updo, finish off this funny gal's look. What do you think of Tina's red carpet moment? Is it rock solid?

2009 Primetime Emmy Awards: Amy Poehler

New mom Amy Poehler looked happy to be back on the red carpet, and her style has really matured—she looked a lot more accomplished actor than quirky comedienne.

New mom Amy Poehler looked happy to be back on the red carpet, and her style has really matured—she looked a lot more accomplished actor than quirky comedienne. The classic side-parted updo and soft pink lip were undoubtedly pretty, but do you like it? Or do you miss her Saturday Night Live-era shenanigans?

2009 Primetime Emmy Awards: Cat Deeley

Cat Deeley brought her So You Think You Can Dance sparkle to tonight's Emmy awards.

Cat Deeley brought her So You Think You Can Dance sparkle to tonight's Emmy awards. Her hair was pulled up, but in a very California-disheveled way — the perfect way to highlight her chandelier earrings. She also showcased her big, perfect teeth with a slightly glossy pink stain. Beyond that, she went with a champagne color for the lids and added a dark eyeliner to highlight her beautiful brown eyes. It's nothing we haven't seen before, but Cat is so gorgeous, even the status quo works. Do you agree?
