The feather hair accessory craze may be sweeping the nation, but the colorfully streaked hair trend is still making waves. During Fall 2011 Fashion Week in Milan, Fendi models walked the runway wearing voluminous chignons topped off with streaks of color in the back. And now we're seeing the look gaining in popularity once again on the red carpet.
