Sofia Vergara has worn a lot of hats in the beauty industry, but she's just added another endorsement to her already-impressive list. The Modern Family actress was just named the new brand ambassador of Head and Shoulders. As part of her new role, Sofia will appear in a national advertising campaign along with her own family members in 2014. "I am excited to be joining a new family," Sofia said. "Head and Shoulders has been a part of my hair care regimen and my family's since I was young." Sofia has been a CoverGirl since 2011, but this is her first hair endorsement.
Even more impressive is the fact that before each game, he takes 45 minutes to tend to his 35-inch strands. "It’s correlated to what a warrior in the past would do to prepare for war," he explains. "In that way you can almost get into the mind-way, preparing for some type of battle when you are doing your hair."
Troy's hair is such a force, it even has its own website. And as expected, he has no plans to cut off his luxurious hair any time soon.
Be the first one to showcase these beautiful hair trends this fall and winter. Head & Shoulders celebrity hairstylist Ben Skervin is at the forefront of hair fashions and has some great trends to be ahead of the game.
Long and Beautiful
A big trend is long hair with body and soft, natural waves. For straight hair this can be achieved by using a large barrel curling iron. If hair already has a natural wave, leave it to dry on its own and apply a light mouse that will enhance the texture. Another easy way to achieve this look is to do two loose braids while your hair is damp. Let them dry, and when you undo them you will have soft and beautiful waves.
TIP: Use Head & Shoulders Smooth & Silky system to ensure that hair is moisturized.
