Laura Geller's new eye brow-enhancing product is called Long-Lasting Color Brow Marker ($19.97). Not only do I love the fact that this is another easy-to-apply, fool-proof makeup pen, but this brow fixer-upper is different from some of the others on the market because once it dries, it won't smudge or budge throughout the day.

This is a great solution for those of you who've overplucked and need a hand filling in thin or bare spots. The pen has a soft tip and from what I understand, the result is a natural, not overdrawn look. In addition, for every product that is sold, Laura Geller will donate $1 to Joan's Legacy, a lung-cancer research foundation.

To use it, shake the pen and apply a light layer to the natural shape of your brows. Wait about 20 seconds for it to dry, or use the time to blend the color. Eye brighteners are sort of in a makeup genre of their own. While they may provide minimal coverage, they are not heavy and dense as a concealer yet they are lighter than a highlighter. These brighteners are for the makeup-advanced, as many makeup artists and professionals swear by them to give eyes an instantaneous "awake" and youthful look. However, it appears that all levels of makeup lovers are catching on, since YSL's Touche Eclat Eye Brightener Pen has reached cult status.

Here's a helpful tip: choose the shade closest to your skin tone, as going too light will create a halo effect around your eyes. Be sure to blend well, so that the product doesn't get caught in the tiny lines around your eyes.

Laura Mercier Secret Brightener ($30) is a sheer color-correcting highlighter pen that brightens dark circles and minimizes discolorations. It works to open up the eye area and smooth out the skin. Use either alone or under your concealer.

New from Trish McEvoy is Brow Builder ($32). This makeup pen was created to help give thin or sparse brows a little bit more life. Simply twist the bottom of the pen and wait for the fibrous nylon gel to make it way through the chamber.

Apply the comb-tipped applicator to your brows and fill them in with small strokes to ensure the color gets distributed evenly. If you fancy fuller eyebrows, all you have to do is extend your strokes slightly outside of your natural hair line.

But please use a gentle hand — you wouldn't want to wind up looking over-drawn, fake and severe! Brow Builder is available in either light or dark shades to match most hair colors, but if you are a redhead, I suggest blending in a bit of auburn eyeshadow for a more natural look.

LORAC Front Of The Line Waterproof Eyeliner ($20) is a waterproof and smudge-proof liquid eyeliner pen. This easy-to-use pen, which is more like a magic marker for your eyes, makes precision a cinch. Just draw a thin line for a classical seductress look, or a thick line for a more dramatic rocker type of eye. It is available in black, brown and dark green.

Attention, artistes: The newest way to tint your lips is with the Lip Stain Pen by Bourjois ($15). Using this tool is very fun and French; it's like drawing on your lips. The pen, which comes in a charming Parisian-motif package, looks just like a magic marker with a rounded and soft felt tip. This not only ensures easy and fool proof application, but it also doesn't require a lip liner.

Since the colors are just slightly deeper than a flesh tone, the pen gives your lips a nice "just bitten" stain. You can layer the color for a sheer flush or apply multiple coats to reach your desired intensity. The formula lasts all day long and dries quickly on your lips. It is available in four colors: Rose Prefere (light pink), Framboise Bonheur (magenta), Peche Passion (bright tangerine), and Praline Dis-moi Oui (pink/brown).

Remember when Madonna showed off her mink-and-diamond Shu Uemura eye lashes in 2005? They reportedly cost about $10,000, but now you can create a similar look at home for a fraction of the cost. The latest limited-edition lash product from Revlon is called Lash Jewels Eye Accents. With just one twist at the base, this clear pen allows you to drop a dollop of crystalline gel onto the ends of your lashes. The gel then hardens into a soft ball and forms the look of jewels on your eye lashes.

Lash Jewels comes in four crystal tints: Precocious Pink, Smoldering Violet, Crystal Gaze (transparent), and Aqua Allure. Apply the jewel drops after you've applied your mascara. A bottle costs $14.95 and can be purchased online and at mass drugstores wherever Revlon products are sold.

Concealer pens help neutralize unseemly blue and purple tones under and around your eyes. Generally, they are a little bit brighter than regular concealers, so that they can instantly lighten up this delicate area. To use, just click these little pens to release a small amount of concealer into the applicator brush. Apply directly to the dark or puffy area under the eyes and blend or pat with your fingertips or a concealer brush. Here are a few of my favorite pens on the market.
