Americans Stephanie Wilson and Dorothy Metcalf-Lindenburger will be joined by Japanese astronaut Naoko Yamazaki on space shuttle Discovery; American Tracy Caldwell Dyson is already on a Russian capsule heading for a six-month stay at the space station.
