The specials include facials, waxing services, laser hair removal, hair color, and other indulgent treatments. This time around, Spa Week has highlighted eco-friendly and organic treatments on its site, giving you the chance to go green if you so desire.

It's that time again: Spa Week is comin' back for another round of $50 specials nationwide. The specials vary by spa and location, so be sure to look to see what's available near you.

Admittedly, some of the offerings are weak sauce, shaving little to no money off the treatment's original price. But there are also some true bargains to be had: 75-minute massages, for instance, or an IPL session to address skin discoloration. (This is how I had a huge broken capillary zapped a couple of years ago — a total deal.) So if you want to sneak in some pampering, now's the time. Just be sure that you don't get manhandled, as this poor model was at the Stockimage Spa.

It's worth looking into expensive treatments such as laser hair removal and microdermabrasion, because during this promotion, they can be had for a steal.

The specials run from September 15–21 in Arizona, California, and Washington and from October 13–19 in the rest of the country. The cool part is that while $50 isn't chump change, you can get some serious bargains for the price. For instance, along with spa basics such as pedicures and facials, you could also try a microdermabrasion treatment, a hot stone massage, or laser hair removal. And these aren't shady places, either—we're talking Red Door Spas, Lancome's Manhattan boutique, and Deepak Chopra's spa. Swanky!

Each spa offers different options, so check out what's available near you. I can't stress this part enough: Book early, book often.
