One runway trend that's making its way to Hollywood is bold, bright lips. Last night, the celebrities showed off a garden variety of lipstick shades, including pink, purple, and red. Kat Dennings attended the premiere of Iron Man 3 with hot-pink lips paired with icy silver eye shadow. At the Tribeca Film Festival Chanel Artists Dinner, Taraji P. Henson complemented her blue ensemble with an electric purple lipstick, and Olivia Palermo rocked a blazing red hue at a Rochas event. When it comes to lipstick this season, live by the motto: the brighter the better.

Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks stepped out in LA last night for the premiere of their upcoming film Larry Crowne. Tom and Julia had tons of their costars on hand for posing on the red carpet, including Taraji P. Henson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Grace Gummer. Nia Vardalos, the My Big Fat Greek Wedding scribe who also penned this film, smiled for the cameras with Tom's wife Rita Wilson. The Larry Crowne reviews look promising, so the comedy may be a big draw over the long Fourth of July weekend. Tom and Julia's excitement about their movie was evident in our recent interview with the pair, as they laughed and joked about how shooting the picture hardly felt like work at all.

Check out our interview with the talented duo and catch Larry Crowne in theaters on July 1!
Alicia Debuts "Typewriter," Justin Teams Up With Nicki, and Rihanna Wins Then Loses to Chris Brown at BET Awards
The BET Awards celebrated the largest names in hip-hop and R&B with wild fashion, high-energy dance routines, and a mini scandal at LA's Shrine Auditorium last night. The show kicked off with a mashup of hits from Mary J. Blige before the awards were dished out to the night's winners. Taking a break from touring with Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj joined Justin Bieber to present the best male hip-hop artist award to Kanye West. Nicki didn't go home empty handed as she took home the honors for best female hip-hop artist. Justin was without his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, but he was in the company of pals Jaden and Willow Smith, who stepped out with their parents, Will and Jada, and the siblings shared the win in the young stars category.
The night was full of incredible performances including a medley of hits and the debut of a new single, "Typewriter," from Alicia Keys, who was also marking the 10-year anniversary of her mega hit album Songs in A Minor. Most of the evening went down without a hitch, but there was a critical mix-up in BET's viewer's choice category when Chris Brown was announced the winner, then it was switched to Rihanna and Drake. Turns out Chris was the actual winner, and the error was due to teleprompter confusion, though Drake admittedly felt "awkward" about the error. Chris finished out the evening with four awards while Jennifer Hudson grabbed the win for best female R&B artist and Patti LaBelle was recognized with a lifetime achievement award — get the full list of BET winners here!
Last night in Santa Monica, Coach held a celeb-studded cocktail party and shopping event, benefiting the Children's Defense Fund — and some of our fave fashionable ladies stepped onto the (wood?) carpet, Coach bag in hand. Some stars, like Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, Scarlett Johansson, and Camilla Belle went for sophisticated, cocktail-chic frocks, while the ever-stylish Emma Roberts and Joy Bryant played it cool and casual in daytime denim. No matter the attire, it was clear that each lady was ready to party — and do some good. Which star do you think had the most fab look of the night? Click through to see each ensemble and let us know in the comments!
I love the way her top hugs her neck and curves to reveal her gorgeous shoulders. It reminds me of the time Leighton Meester used a halter dress to create a sexy illusion of curves. If you're feeling this chic halter look, shop some Fab-approved picks below.
The 17th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards take place this Sunday, and as always, we'll be live blogging the event. But before the stars walk the red carpet in their Sunday finest, let's take a look at some memorable beauty looks worn by celebrities at SAG Awards past. Some are extreme, while others are simply lovely. Which ones are your favorites?
What do the words spork, skort, and Gleek have in common? Besides having a certain ring about them, they're each portmanteaus, or two or more words brought together to make a whole new word. In the beauty world, you might be familiar with the "lob," or long bob, worn by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow and Taraji P. Henson. But there are other combined words out there that any Bella-lover needs to know. See what I mean now.
