You may have heard that FabSugar is going to Greece — lucky girl! So in honor of her upcoming island-hopping adventure, I devoted last week's Beauty Mark It challenge to finding the beach beauty essentials she'll need for her trip.

With hair, makeup, and skincare products to consider, this challenge was incredibly extensive, and I really think we've covered all the bases, from beach-inspired palettes to protective hair masks and post-sun balms. Beauty Mark #1: Neutrogena Fresh Cooling Body Mist Sunblock ($8.99), found by Mellie_608, who says: "This is my favorite sunblock. I like the cooling sensation and the ease of use. All you do is spray it on and let it dry. No more greasy hands. I hate greasy hands, especially when sand is involved!"

Beauty Mark #2: Pout Palm Beach Compact ($28), found by Spun Sugar, who calls this her "fave 'do it all' compact for summer. Two lip colors and two cheek/highlighter colors. Great on the go!"

In addition to my weekly Beauty Mark It challenges — including this week's about SPF lip gloss — the Beauty Product Junkies group on TeamSugar hosts its own weekly Beauty Marking challenges.

Most recently, the Junkies went hunting for something I've been coveting: a good deep conditioners. For the first time since high school, I'm wearing my hair long and slowly remembering all of the special needs that long locks require. Thankfully, the Junkies have found some great options for me. The sun is shining bright, but that doesn't mean you have to go without your lip gloss. More and more lip-gloss brands, like the new Glossary line from Tallulah, are making products with SPF 15 and higher, so you can be both cute and covered up. So as we head into summer months, I thought I'd devote this week's Beauty Mark It challenge to SPF lip glosses.

For last week's Beauty Mark It challenge, I asked you guys to go back to basics — er, I mean, base — and find your favorite foundation sticks. (To learn what a Beauty Mark is and how to make one, click here.)

Most of you, it seems, prefer liquid or mineral foundation, but I love my Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick because it's so clean and easy to use. These Beauty Marks you guys found also sound great; here are three of your favorite foundation sticks.

Beauty Mark #1: MAC Cosmetics Foundation Studio Stick SPF 15 ($28.50), found by Katiey424 and Foreverdizzy. I love that this one has sun protection, and so does Katiey424, who writes: "This stick has worked great for me...I can choose the coverage and apply with a sponge or fingers. Plus, you can collect used MAC containers and return them for a free product at the counter. Nice!"

For this week's Beauty Mark It challenge, I'm going back to the basics — or, rather, the base — with a hunt for the best foundation sticks. I never considered using foundation in stick form until a few years ago, when I became obsessed with the Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick. But increasingly, I love the no-fuss application of solid foundation: I can just dab it in the spots that need it most, blend, and go.
