It's hard to pop a wheelie on a blustery day! Despite NYC being blanketed in snow, Naomi Watts and her sons — Sasha, 3, and Sammy, 2 — strolled through town this morning to take in some fresh air. The boys were bundled up and rode comfortably in a Phil & Teds stroller. The popular brand of pushchairs has garnered many celebrity families as fans. But which buggy do you think is best for parents to navigate through the rain, sleet, and snow in cold-weather regions?
Why I'm Coveting Scarlett Johansson's Fresh, Textured Bob
For her latest ad campaign for Mango's Spring 2011 collection, Scarlett Johansson looks amazing wearing a perfectly textured, totally fresh take on the classic haircut. While we've seen Scarlett sporting lots of different styles and colors in past Mango ads before, it's Scarlett's shoulder-grazing bob I'm coveting most, and here's why: in lieu of being too structured, its shattered ends give the cut lots of movement and a fashionable edge and are easy to tousle for a completely different look. I also love how lighter panels of color placed between the darker top and bottom layers give the illusion of volume. For even more versatility, clip-in blunt bangs would take this look to a whole new level. And that's why I think there's something about this bob. See more from Scarlett's Mango ad campaign below:

Katy Celebrates Her Four Grammy Nods With Monica and Selena — Find Out Who Else Is Nominated!
Katy Perry took the stage last night at the special Grammys nomination concert in LA that also brought out Monica and Selena Gomez. It was an especially sweet evening for Katy, who found out she's in the running for four categories including Album of the Year and Pop Album of the Year with Teenage Dream. She later changed from her silver performance outfit into a gold Georges Chakra gown — what do you make of her look? Katy tweeted a surprised thanks to her team afterward, writing, "It's an amazing honor to be nominated and recognized by my other hard working peers tonight. So happy that I trusted my gut with this record." Katy was eclipsed, though, by pal Rihanna as well as Lady Gaga, who are both up for five awards. Eminem got the most love with eight nods for Best Solo Rap Performance, Best Song, and many more, and there was even love for the Eclipse soundtrack! Check out the full list of nominees over on Buzz.

Try Audrey Tautou's Retro-Meets-Modern Bob

I have a confession: I have a hair crush on Audrey Tautou. It started with that famous stacked cut she wore while filming 2001's Amelie and has continued since. Whether she has longer hair or is sporting a wavy pixie, Audrey has the retro-chic look down pat. What makes this particular style (which she wore to the Paris premiere of De Vrais Mensonges) different is the way it starts off flat at the base and cascades down into a bevy of bouncy curls. So to find out how to style this retro-meets-modern bob, just keep reading.

Fun Video: Weezer's Rivers Cuomo Joins B.o.B. For "Magic"
It's pretty improbable that you haven't heard a B.o.B. song; if you're not sure, just think "I could really use a wish right now, wish right now . . ." Anyway, the next catchy B.o.B. single is "Magic," his collaboration with Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo. It was one that stuck out to me when I reviewed the album a few months ago, and the video gives it even more (wait for it) magic. Rivers and B.o.B. bounce around on stage at a house party I wish I could attend. Watch the video when you read more
