When I posted about P.S. Kiss, this fall's limited-edition lipstick from Lancôme, some of you wondered what the big deal was. After all, red lipsticks have been around for ages, right? True, but this one takes the term "straight from the runway" to another level. The deep red hue was concocted specifically for Peter Som's fall 2007 fashion show, with Lancôme artistic director Gucci Westman collaborating directly with the designer. If you're obsessed with mimicking runway looks, then you're probably plotzing over this lipstick. (If you're not into fashion, then I can understand the "so what?" factor.)

But if you fall into the former camp, you'll love Lancôme's video for P.S. Kiss. It's somewhere between an ad and a TV segment, giving viewers a look into Som's inspiration for his clothing collection. Plus, it's fun to play "spot the model." I saw Coco Rocha, Chanel Iman, and my favorite, the gamine Cecilia Mendez. See who else you can recognize!

This fall's hardest-to-find red lipstick is bound to be P.S. Kiss, Lancôme's Pout-à-Porter limited-edition shade from designer Peter Som. The $24 lipstick has a dark red hue that Som created with Lancome creative director Gucci Westman. It goes on sale October 1 at Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom and Lancôme boutiques—but the waiting lists are already beginning. The New York Times reports that Bergdorf's list will soon open, but savvy shoppers already have been getting on the list by dialing 212-872-2740 for a spot.
