A regular go-to for my heavily highlighted long hair. I use the blonde and it keeps it smooth and frizz free. As far as keeping the highlights longer, I don't think so. But for the reasonable price, it feels like a salon-quality shampoo and has nice results. I use in conjunction with the matching conditioner and then frizz ease serum.
