L'Oreal TELESCOPIC Dramatic Lengthening & Intensifying Mascara,Carbon Black

I love the original voluminous so I thought I would love this as well. Usually, for me, the darker the better when it comes to mascaras. However, the formula of this seems to have changed as well. It is wetter in the tube, and seems to clump a LOT on the lashes vs. the original.

If you have time to comb your lashes, it can be good--but I'm moving on from this product!

LOVE this mascara!! This is probably the best, along with Maybelline Define-A-Lash of the mascaras with plastic comb brushes! And I've tried em all, including Chanel Inimitable and Exceptionnal (yuck) as well as Lancome L'extreme and Too Faced Lash Injection, and Smashbox Bionic and Bare Essentials Buxom and Lorac Publicity Stunt, and I continuously find that drugstore mascaras are just as hard working as high end ones... save your money for foundation or lipstick! Seriously, I cannot tell you how amazing this mascara is. As the 5 star rating shows, it is by far worth every penny. Its so easy to apply and every time, consistently delivers looonggg, black, thick lashes. Oh man I love this!

I'm always on a constant search for the perfect every day mascara, usually going back and forth between drugstore and higher end brands. Now I've finally settled on this one, and I'm sticking with it. I like that it's pretty natural looking and not overly dramatic, which is what so many mascaras seem to be going for now.

I absolutely love this mascara, and have been using it for over 8 years (as long as i've been allowed to wear make up). It was a tradition passed down from mother to daughter, and don't worry I have strayed from the legacy a few times. Yes I have tried other mascaras, but none compare. You can layer it on as many times as you want (it takes me almost 5 minutes per lash), but i'd recommend doing it all at once. If you put on a coat, then wait, it will be sort of dry. It doesn't clump, unless you keep re-applying it for 3 days, which I DO NOT recommend. Water proof black is the best to buy, that way your covered. But make sure you have a good make up remover. I'd recommend Cover Girl Clean eye make up remover, that's the only one that has worked for me.
And how can you go wrong with $7.50? Thats super cheap compared to designer brands. You can actually find it cheaper at Target, fyi. So, if you want long, thick, luscious lashes look no further than Voluminous.

I simply adore this mascara, it separates, defines and lengthens. I won't say I have tried every mascara but I have tried a fair few;high and low end and always come back to Loreal Telescopic. This is without doubt one of my favourites. This mascara gives a polished wide eyed look; you won't be disappointed. Take it from someone with sparse tiny lashes.

In the drugstore category, this is my favorite mascara. Easily defines and lengthens lashes, catching every hair. My eyes really pop when I wear this stuff, and I definitely recommend it. Look for the tube with the curled eyelash brush, as I feel that it coats the lashes more evenly!

The last tube I purchased did not seem to be the same product. It would clump and smear. It took longer to dry therefore getting on my lids. Hard to remove. Might try something else next time.

Overall, I was pretty impressed with this mascara. It wasn't clumpy and it lengthened pretty well.

I love this mascara! I have tiny, thin, stubby lashes and this mascara makes it look like I am wearing false lashes. I have tried almost every mascara on the market (Clinique, MAC, Lancome, Chanel, Cover Girl, Revlon, Wet & Wild ect.) and this is the best. And at $10 you just can't go wrong.

I've never had problems with this mascara - no flaking or smudging. That said, I do have other mascaras that I prefer but you can't beat the value of this one, and it definitely does volumize your lashes for a fuller look.

Voluminous by L'Oreal is still my number one mascara after 20+ years as a makeup junkie. I haven't tried every other mascara out there, but every time I try a different mascara, I'm sorry I do and go right back to Voluminous. The secret is the brush, I think, and not the the formula (although the formula is good - and I prefer the non-waterproof). I apply one heavy coat to upper and lower lashes, or two quick/thin coats, and I'm set for the day with minimal clumping and flaking. Like all mascaras, you need a separate eyelash comb/wand to get rid of clumps before it dries, but you can't go wrong with Voluminous. I get a lot of compliments on my eyelashes and the reason I know it's the mascara is that although my lashes are long, they are blonde - not visible until I put it on!

But pretty damn good!!!! It gives volume, intensity, and length. However, i agree, it's better used fresh because after awhile the formula clumps up. and i'm talking a few weeks, not months...

I don't leave home without this mascara. It definitely adds volume without clumping or making it look like you have on "too much make-up". It's also a good value. I agree though that I do seem to have to replace it quite often.

I love this mascara. It adds good volume and doesn't get too cakey. I agree with the 1st reviewer in that it sort of "ages". After a while, you need to get a fresh tube to remember how much you love it.

Love love love this one! My personal favourite. Tried many other brands and was hopelessly disappointed. I recently tried L'oreal lash architect and still prefer the telescopic. Okay so what if Penelope Cruz is wearing false lashes in the ad? In my opinion it still does a great job!

This mascara is absolutely fantastic. It gives your big, plump, lashed that really define the eye.

The only drawbacks are that it is best used "fresh". After about a month or so, they mascara doesn't have the same effect as when you first rip it out of the package. Also, if you put on a little extra for more BAM!, it will tend to flake and give you those black smudges under your eyes by the end of the day.

This mascara is good, but does not do all that it says in a dramatic way. It makes a clean definition of the lashes, but it doesn't curl well. It's good for someone who likes a very natural look and doesn't necessarily want to emphasize the lashes. There are better alternatives.

I just recently purchased this mascara with the new curved brush and I actually loved it! Not only did it make my lashes look fuller and more dramatic with no clumps or flakes, but it also made my lashes look longer. I have tried the regular version of this mascara but I must admit that the new brush is a really good improvement. The new brush made it easier to apply the mascara to every single part of my lash. Although I am usually not a fan of drugstore mascaras, this one is quite good.

i love the plastic brushes that are coming out these days, but the flexible ones don't usually work for me. i feel like i need a stiff one that really grabs onto the lashes, whereas the flexy ones fling about haphazardly (so it seems to me). i was hoping this loreal version was stiff, but come to find out upon opening, it is flexible. However, it works great with a slow and steady hand. I have to control my movements much more than i do with mascaras w/ big fat stiff brushes, but that's ok if i have enough time. i feel like this really lengthened my lashes and it didn't flake off even though i coated over and over. definitely worth a try!

This mascara is perfect for me. It doesn't clump, and doesn't flake. The dark color means I only have to use a minimal amount for my eyes to pop. Be sure to screw the top all the way back on because it will leak a little, but not too bad.

Loreal Volumnious works wonders for my sparse eyelashes. My eyelashes are flat as well as short, but this picks them up all day. now, only the waterproof works for me. I highly recommend this product. best thing in my makeup bag.

I like that this doesn't clump my lashes. They stay separated and feathery yet dramatic. I've used this for years and it's great!

My sis turned me onto this Mascara, and for my sparse/nonexistent lashes, it works wonderfully.

Always have trouble with mascara, and although this does apply nicely and has great color, I did have some lash breakage after repeated use. Product dried very quickly.

I gave this mascara a try, not expecting greatness, but I was wrong! This really does provide excellent volume and length. It does not flake!

In my quest to find the perfect mascara I've been on a buying rampage, throwing out anything I'm not happy with. This is one of the few survivors. No clumps, decent length, doesn't flake. The brush doesn't separate lashes too well, but a few swipes with a dry wand takes care of it. Overall, a pretty good product.
