Faith Hill looks like such a lady tonight, especially with those gorgeous earrings. (Glad to see that Fab is a fan, too.) There's nothing too outrageous about this look-we've all seen the dramatic-eye style before-but why go wacky when classic looks this good? If you ask me, anybody who wants to retouch Faith's photo must have a thing for Photoshop, because I wouldn't change a thing about this woman's appearance. What about you?

Love It or Hate It? Nelly Furtado's Grammys Look

When Nelly Furtado initially traded her dark brown locks for this shade of blonde, I wasn't sure if it worked for her. But I decided that she has such beautiful features it's hard for her to look anything less than stunning. Here, her barely-there makeup makes her look young and clean, a stark contrast to some of the decade-younger pop stars who caked the makeup on for the Grammy awards. What do you think of Nelly's look? Did she play it too safe or just right?

Rihanna does a great job of balancing edgy and chic styles, and her look at the Grammys is no exception. She's chosen to pair her new, funky haircut with clean and simple makeup. She looks just like the dazzling, fresh-faced rock star that she is. Although I have to admit, I am really dying to push her hair out of her eyes... Oh well, we can't have everything. While Beyonce's makeup looks lovely, tonight it's all about the hair. She has beautiful volume with big, wavy curls. But what's most surprising are the bold blonde highlights-you can't miss 'em! As for the makeup, she's working the false eyelashes, and her eyebrows look full and luscious. But wow, all I can think about is the hair. Are you loving this new shade on Beyonce?

Hmm, I wonder if Fergie is wearing the Viva Glam lipstick that she's promoting. I doubt it-tonight's shade looks a little peachier than the Viva Glam color-but who's complaining? I love that shade of pink, especially because it picks up on the glow in her cheeks. With her sun-kissed complexion and her tumbling curls, she looks so California-girl chic. What do you think of her look?

Natasha Bedingfield, who sings that catchy tune "Unwritten," is channeling some old Hollywood glamor with her Grammys look. The Rita Hayworth-esque face framing curls, neutral lipstick, and hint of jet-black eyeliner all make for a very sophisticated and age-appropriate look. She has been known to pull off some risky style choices in the past, so what do you think of this toned-down Natasha?

Love It or Hate It? Cyndi Lauper's Grammys Look

Whoa, it looks like Cyndi Lauper might have the same hairdresser as Helena Bonham Carter. And while I love both ladies, that's not exactly a compliment. What's more, like Christina Aguilera, she's chosen the ol' red-lips-and-platinum-blonde combination-which isn't easy to pull off.

I applaud a 54-year-old woman who has decided to age gracefully; I just wish she would have been as graceful with her hair and makeup choices. What say you? Am I being too harsh?

Love It or Hate It? Keyshia Cole's Grammys Look

Keyshia Cole, who is nominated for two Grammys, looks very elegant tonight. Her hair and makeup choices definitely soften up that tough-girl tattoo she's rocking on her right arm.

But back to the face. She went rather subdued with the makeup, but this highlights how glowing her skin looks. Seriously, where are her pores? I especially like how she added some false eyelashes to keep the focus on her beautiful brown eyes. And I'll continue my love fest by pointing out how beautiful her curly hair looks on the crown of her head. I'm clearly loving Keyshia's look. Are you?

Love It or Hate It? Miley Cyrus' Grammys Look

Holy hair extensions, Hannah Montana! Miley Cyrus arrived at the Grammys in a lwd and a heck of a lot of hair that didn't originally belong to her. Extensions, when done right, can really add a hint of drama to a look, but here I feel like the hair is in competition with her dress. Additionally, the extensions look darker than her real hair, which I think is a misstep. Overall the makeup is relatively neutral, less the severe eyeliner of course. I think Miley would have fared better with a more natural look. What about you?

Love It or Hate It? Carrie Underwood's Grammys Look

Carrie Underwood knows how to ramp up the glam for a red carpet event. Big shiny hair? Check. Sparkly dress? Check. Glittering jewelry? Check.

But for a girl so young and naturally beautiful, I wish she would chill with the makeup just a tad. Still, it's hard to deny that she does look quite ravishing, even if she does come off looking a few years older than she actually is. What do you think of Carrie's look?
