Mar 28 2009 - 6:00pm Miley Cyrus seems like one of those girls with tons of energy. I'd be jealous, but then I remember she's only 16. (Wait until you're my age, Miley.) Anyway, along with her bubbly personality, I notice her obvious love for ultra-long extensions. So don't color me surprised by this look.

I don't like her makeup here at all, esp the blue eye.

2I think the eyeshadow cancels out the rest of the nice, dark eye makeup, imo.

I wasn't even interested in these awards but I think I saw a picture of Selena G elsewhere and if it's from this event, then her hair looked wicked cute. It had the whole braid trend going, and I don't know about everyone else but I love cute braids.

19I am not a fan of this at all. Her skin tone looks orange, and the light colors do nothing to help her out. Her face looks almost chubby.
