What I like most about a red lip is that it doesn't have to be too fussy, as the ladies of the 2009 red carpet prove. Whether it was subtle and matte like Anne Hathaway or bold and raspberry-toned à la Alicia Keys, it just goes to show you that red-toned lipstick is always en vogue. 2009 Oscars: Amanda Seyfried

Mamma Mia! actress Amanda Seyfried is a vision in red. She works one serious red carpet stare, which makes her eye color even more noticeable. She wears a fine liner between lightly smudged shadow and fairly bare lashes.

Here, her skin is like porcelain, but her lips offer a pop of color very similar to the shade of her red gown. To finish her lovely look, Amanda wears those long blond tresses in loose curls with a side part. Does this look fill you with Big Love or turn you into Mean Girls?

Which Pink Lipstick Do You Like Best on Amanda Seyfried?

Last night at the Mama Mia premiere in London, the typically makeup-free Amanda Seyfried arrived wearing bright pink lipstick. Because of her creamy, pale skin and slate blue eyes, I've noticed that makeup artists often put her in various pink lipsticks. I personally like the mauve in the middle the best, but the balmy-rose is also beautiful. What shade of pink lipstick do you like the most on Amanda?
