For those of you who have been skimming over my blue makeup posts because you don't think blue makeup is for you, I encourage you to experiment with ceruleans, sapphires and indigos. All of those shades of amazing azures are very "in" for Fall.
Your best bet is to choose colors that contrast the iris of your eye to make them look more vibrant.

Back in July, when I had the chance to interview Vanessa Williams, I couldn't help but notice the actress's stunning, steely, blue-gray eyes. And tonight, she put the focus on those famous peepers with a shimmery champagne shadow on the lids and a deep smoky brown in the creases. As for her hair, she wears it down in a cascade of curls, her warm-toned highlights peeking through.
