The decadent perfume company Bond No. 9 has just released a new range of body lotions called Bodies by Bond. This lotion is for the real player who's serious about her pampering! Not only does it smell divine on its own, but you can layer it with your favorite Bond fragrance to create a lingering, longer-lasting scent.

Bodies by Bond is available in a 6.8-ounce jar in seven of the company's most popular scents: Eau de New York, Nuits de Noho, Chelsea Flowers, West Side, Bryant Park, Chinatown and The Scent of Peace.

This cream really goes above and beyond its call of duty. It's silky, soft and of course, the famous fragrances are divine. I don't know about you, but I've never spent $105 on a body cream. However, if I were to win the lottery tomorrow, this would be high on my shopping list. It's a total dream cream!

When I saw that Superstar2780 had reviewed Gold Bond Medicated Body Lotion ($10) I had to chuckle. Mainly because Mr. Bella loves his Gold Bond Medicated Powder a lot. That, and the commercials make me laugh for some reason. Curious to learn more about what Superstar2780 has to say about this lotion? Here you go:

"Gold Bond makes some serious products, and this lotion is not for the faint of heart! My skin is like the desert - super dry, sensitive, itchy, flaky. During the winter, this is the only lotion that works for me. It has a thick, creamy consistency that absorbs without feeling greasy, and because it's medicated, it has a nice cooling effect that really soothes and hydrates itchy, dry skin. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because of the scent, which I can only describe as 'medicinal mint', kind of like Vapo-Rub. I can only use this lotion before bedtime, so it doesn't compete with the fragrance I wear during the day. But it really works and it's long-lasting, so I'd recommend giving it a try."

Super Scents That Smell Like Suntan Lotion

I have long had an affinity for the tropical, fruity, coconut smells of Coppertone Sunscreen Lotion ($8.50) and Hawaiian Tropic Tanning Oil ($7.60). As much as I'd love to slather those items all over my body, I'm thinking it might not be so practical for everyday non-beach usage.

So, I've done a little research, gathering together some fragrances that have similarities to these classic aromas, which often feature notes of vanilla, coconut, amber, tropical flowers, and citrus (particularly orange). With the official start of Summer coming up in just under two weeks, I can't think of a better way to kick it all off. Life’s a beach, after all.

DIY Spa Treatment: A Sensual Massage

A body massage is a great way to relax, release stress, improve circulation and it can also be an intimate experience between you and your lover. By choosing your partner's favorite aromatic essential oils and creating a calm atmosphere with music and candles, you can help ease tension, reduce anxiety, and soothe aching muscles. This creates a more positive mood and a deeper bond between the two of you.

Keep in mind that since you're not a licensed masseuse, use gentle, deliberate strokes on the body. I recommend having your partner wear nothing but undies (even that's optional) and rubbing in the oils all over with a little bit of pressure. Don't try and work out deep kinks or you could do more harm than good. The goal is to pamper your partner for at least a half an hour with your touch. Here's what you'll need:

Warming massage oil

Massage tools (optional)

Pillows for proper positioning

Three full-body towels

A stable and comfortable surface for the massage

Candle or essential oils to burn

Soft background music

STEP 1: Place two towels down on the bed, mattress, or area where you are going to give the massage and position a pillow under your partner's head for comfort (FYI, the third towel is for clean-up). Although it's not ideal to have his/her head turned to the side, for this type of massage it will be OK. Just have them switch their head position every fifteen minutes so that their neck doesn't become stiff.
STEP 2: Set the mood by playing soft music in the background and lighting the candle or burning an essential oil.
STEP 3: Begin by warming the massage oil in your hands. Be generous, the towels will absorb any excess that drips. Gently rub the oil into each part of the body anywhere from five to ten minutes before moving on to the next body part. Work the backs of the legs, feet, buttocks, back, shoulders and neck first before having your partner turn over. Tip: make sure that your nails are trimmed so that you don't scratch your partner.
