Summer 2007 Giorgio Armani Bronze Mania Collection

The 2007 summer collection from Giorgio Armani Beauty is called Bronze Mania. It was inspired by the colors of the glorious beaches, vast sands and bright prominent flowers of the Mediterranean. Comprised of golds, chocolates, reds and mauves, everything has a metallic sheen to make your summer skin glisten.

The limited edition collection includes a new Shine Lipstick ($25) two new Lip Shimmers ($26), a redding brown Maestro Mascara ($26), three new Golden Eye Shadows ($24), Bronze Mania Face and Body Gel ($80), a double cream blush compact called Bronzing Face Duo ($65) and two shades of cream to powder Summer Foundation ($55).

The last product in the collection is the Gold Mediterranean Palette ($85). The top level includes four eye shadows formulated with mother-of-pearl in gold copper brown, orange gold, nude gold beige and sparkling gold earth and the bottom level houses a sheer powder bronzer. All of the products are an absolutely stunning and worthwhile summer indulgence!

New from Estee Lauder for Summer 2007, is the Heavenly Summer Skin Bronze Goddess Color Collection. This seductive collection was inspired by the look of deeply tan, glistening sun-kissed skin. It incorporates subtle shades of bronze, gold and coral to create a warm and tan effect without fear of skin damage from the harmful rays of the sun.

After being tucked away in the dark of winter for all of these months, I can't think of a more perfect time to perk up your face, eyes, lips and even nails for Spring!

The collection is intended for all skin tones and types and is both opthamologist and dermatologist tested.

Lancome Bronze Tropiques Summer 2007 Collection

Lancome's new Summer 2007 Bronze Tropiques Collection is finally here. Though bits and pieces have been released over the past few weeks, I've been waiting to tell you about it all at once. The line is a gorgeous mix of color and bronzes inspired by the beauty of the French Riviera and St. Barth's. Having recently been to St. Barth's myself, I can tell you that its unrivaled beauty is worthy inspiration for a makeup line.

The collection includes four new Juicy Tubes lip gloss shades ($17.50), Star Bronzer bronzing powder ($34.50), the Color Design eye pencil duo ($28), Blush Subtil Shimmer ($28.50), three Le Lipstique Lip Colouring Sticks ($22.50), three new shades of Color Design Lipstick ($21), and the La Poudre aux Yeux loose powder eye shadows ($18.50) that I told you about a few days ago.

However, the piece that I'm coveting most is the limited-edition Color Design Survival Palette eye palettes ($42). Adorned with mother-of-pearl square accents, the compact comes in two color collections: Bronze Captive is a sultry bronze quad, and Summer Tropiques is more lively and bold.

Although it might not seem like it, Summer's really not that far away. Estée Lauder's popular Bronze Goddess Collection is back with limited-edition products in skin care, fragrance, and makeup. As you might expect, the makeup collection includes warm, amber tones with shimmery finishes. Last year, we saw some fuchsia and gold shades in the collection, and this year, expect a few aqua tones and the new ultraglossy Pure Color Gloss Stick Collection, with shades ranging from berry to coral.

Back for '09 is the Bronze Goddess fragrance, with the beachy scent of coconut and citrus. And if that's not enough, the Bronze Goddess Skin Care Collection is infused with amber, coconut, and vetiver. Check out a gallery of pictures below, along with a price list after the jump.

If you're craving color, consider your needs met. At the end of the month, Estee Lauder is launching its new Summer 2008 Bronze Goddess Collection, a limited-edition group of bronze, gold and fuchsia products. It differs from last year's collection because those colors were more coral and coppery, but the luxe, brown and gold flecked tortoise shell packaging on the specialty items is the same.

The line includes new shades of nail lacquers, lip glosses, lip balms, eye shadows, powder and liquid bronzers, an oil spray, and body lotion. My favorite product in the the bunch is the new Sheer Lip Tint in Fuchsia. It's creamy, subtle, and it contains SPF 15. There's also a new summertime scent in to accompany the collection called Bronze Goddess Fragrance - but more on that later.

I haven't seen a group of warm, neutral shades like this new Flirt! Cosmetics Totally Bronze Spring Color Collection in some time. All of the colors are tame and flattering, letting you get a sun-goddess look without laying out in the sun. There are golden peachy-pinks for the eyes, lips and cheeks and golden bronze shades for the face. These are transition products than can take you from the first peek of spring all the way through the end of summer.

I've been playing around with all seven of the products for about a week now, and I've grown especially fond of Show-Stopper, a shimmery and versatile coppery-shell colored powder eye shadow. Also, the Foxy Bronze bronzer is a true golden brown, without any signs of orange. The collection will be available at Kohl's and online this March. New Dreamy Eyes Eyeshadow in Show Stopper ($10) is a pale shell, bronze, copper power shadow that can be worn all over the lid or blended together with a darker crease color.
New Bring On The Bronze Bronzing Powder in Foxy Bronze and Golden Minx ($12) are two shades of shimmery bronzers that create a warm, sun-kissed effect on your cheeks, forehead, nose, chin and decolletage.
New Squeeze Me Super Shiny Lip Gloss in Pinkster ($10) is a semi-sheer, moisturizing bubblegum pink lip gloss with bronze specks.
New Glamourazzi Extreme Lip Lacquer in Spotlight ($12) is a fabulous deep golden pinky-bronze lip product with the coverage of a lipstick but the shine of a lip gloss . . . but more on this later!

New from Giorgio Armani Beauty is the 2008 Bronze Mania 2008 Ochra Collection. This sultry group of treats is made up of six skin tints, a pinky-bronze fluid sheer luminizer, two lipsticks, four lip shimmers, and a brown mascara.

However, the most buzz-worthy item is definitely the Magnificent Mediterranean Palette ($85). Inside of the sleek round black compact you'll find a mirror, four shimmery eye shadows (on the top level) and a sheer bronzer (on the bottom level). Once again, you can see Sasha Pivovarova modeling the collection, and might I add that she looks H-O-T!

Skin Tints: ($55) helps create a wash of natural looking sun-kissed color all over your face. They are available in six sexy shades that can be worn all year round.
Mediterranean Palette: ($85) houses four metallic gold eye shadows and a medium, shimmery sheer bronzer.
Fluid Sheer: ($55) is an illuminating veil of color for your face. Use #3 all over or on your cheekbones for an added touch of pinky-bronze.
Sheer Lipstick: ($25) is moisturizing and creamy lipstick that has added two new colors (#5 and #18) to its kind.
Lip Shimmer: ($26) is a sparkling, iridescent and smooth lip gloss. The four new shades (#50, #51, #52 and #53), are a welcome addition to the group.

Victoria's Secret New Bare Bronze Collection

With Summer just around the corner, cosmetics companies are launching their latest bronzers, bronzing gels and bronze shimmer powders. The hottest look for Summer is a sexy sun kissed look without having to face the damaging rays of the sun. Victoria's Secret has recently launched their Bare Bronze Collection, and from what I understand, it's already flying off the shelves!

The Bare Bronze Collection includes 14 products. They are: SPF 15 shimmer body lotion, face bronzer, sheer self tan mousse, grapefruit body splash, self tan tint (available in two shades), shimmer eye palette comprised of five shades, pre-glow body scrub, leg spray tint, body oil, bronzer brush, three liquid lip shimmer glosses, lip gloss palette, a body moisturizer and a facial moisturizer. All items are priced between $12.50 and $19. Fun in the fake sun!

Cozy Up With Lancôme's Cabana Bronze Collection

Although Lancôme's Cabana Bronze collection isn't due in stores for a couple of weeks, the new Cherub Star Bronzer ($50) and Star Eye Shadow Palettes ($43) are already available online - goodie! Last Summer, they stunned us with the launch of a huge face and body-bronzer compact embellished with a bamboo and sunset image. This year they've decided to bring back the popular over-sized bronzer but instead of a glittery sunset, it features a more subdued cherub imprint.

Leave the glimmering golds and bronzes up to the new quad eye-shadow palettes. The first, Cabana Sunset, contains champagne, true gold, taupe, and deep brown shadows. Its counterpart, Cabana Sunrise, contains a pale shimmery shell pink, a sparkling mauve, a neutral taupe (which I also use on my brows) and a dark brownish-aubergine (which can double as a liner). I'm pretty hooked on Cabana Sunrise - I think it's all I'll need on my next tropical vacay. Which item interests you the most?
