After looking at dozens of photographs, I've found one thing's for certain: Cate Blanchett has always been a blonde. Sure, she's dabbled with toffee and strawberry low-lights over the years, but the fair-skinned actress prefers her hair light. Cate's been on the press circuit these past few weeks promoting her new film, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. We've seen her go from very pale to bright and brassy, and the picture on the far left is from a few years ago when her hair was at its darkest. Which shade of blonde do you think looks the classiest on Cate?

Cate is always so stunning. I love here how the emerald embellishments on her dress and earrings make her eyes pop. The rosy color of her lips really opposes the emerald in such a beautiful, complementary way. Her hair is a little casual, and I would have preferred an updo, but I still think she looks fabulous. How about you?

Love It or Hate It? Cate Blanchett's SAG Look

Can this woman ever look bad? She always seems to pull off a flawless hair and makeup combo, no matter what the occasion. Here, her loose, face framing waves and simple makeup are stunning. Of course, it doesn't hurt that she has that gorgeous pregnancy glow, either. My favorite part is the green earring peeking out of the blonde curls. What do you think of Cate's look?

Bella Brand: SK-II

Although SK-II has been around for over 25 years, I hadn't heard about it until recently when I saw a picture of Cate Blanchett as the spokesperson. Since I am a big fan of hers, I decided to research the brand a bit and see what it's all about. Turns out SK-II has quite a following. It was developed by a scientist who visited a Japanese sake-brewing company and noticed that the workers had youthful and soft skin.

After five years of research, the scientist discovered the secret to their youthful skin was a clear liquid derived from sake during its fermentation stage. He found a way to extract the liquid and apply it to skin to help restore moisture loss. The ingredient, Pitera, has become the signature ingredient in all SK-II products.

The star product within the 27-item line is perhaps the Facial Treatment Essence since it contains the highest level of Pitera. I've just gotten a couple of products but haven't tried any of them yet - so be sure and stay tuned in the upcoming weeks for a review.

Really, doesn't it seem like Cate Blanchett was born to play a queen? She looks completely regal at the London premiere of Elizabeth: The Golden Age. Buzz doesn't think this film is the crown jewel of costume dramas, but I think Cate is a royal beauty. What do you think of this look?
