Last week, I had a chance to tour the headquarters of Three Custom Color Specialists, a color cosmetics line that's frequently heralded for its skill in creating custom-blended products. I've read about this brand for years, so when co-founder Chad Hayduk gave me a tour, I wanted to share some of the most interesting parts with you.
