Last night, some of the Sugar girls and I went out to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was a low-key affair, so I threw on a simple black sweater but decided to be a little more creative with my hair. It's rich in protein, which can improve bones and also hair and nails over time. But, if you're not into eating it, there are plenty of other ways to benefit.
