A Beauty Tip For the Germophobic
A self-professed beauty nerd friend of mine and I were discussing—what else?—lip gloss, and she mentioned her favorite is MAC Tendertone Lip Balm. "I'm kind of a germaphobe, so I don't like lip gloss that comes in pots, because you have to stick your dirty fingers in them. But I love Tendertone so much that I stick it in my microwave for a minute and a half and pour it into a doe-foot tube," she divulged.

I predict that this will be the year of mineral makeup. The huge success of Bare Escentuals has prodded bigger cosmetics brands to launch their own mineral collections, but there are a few smaller ones worth noticing as well.
