Now, let's be clear: as a woman well out of her teen years, I do not have Justin Bieber fever. But within myself, I have discovered an unexpected affinity toward many of Justin's nail polishes from his crazy-popular One Less Lonely Girl collection from Nicole by OPI. The newly-released One Time Lime ($7), described as a "vibrant lime that's worth your time," is no exception.
