We just found out the contents of Noemie Lenoir's and Selita Ebanks' makeup bags, and now I've got insight into what cosmetics supermodel Veronica Webb can't live without. On Tuesday evening, Veronica auctioned off pieces from her jewelry collection at an event (sponsored by Lancôme) to benefit her charity The Macedonia Fund. Veronica started the fund a year ago in memory of her mother; it helps disadvantaged children attend the Key West Montessori School for free.

Based on the runway makeup from their Fall/Winter 2009 runway show, twins Dan and Dean Caten of DSquared looked to the deliberately undone appearance of young Hollywood stars like Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen sisters for inspiration. "It's kind of 'rock-on' makeup, but it's effortless and not overly done or perfect," said Dean. Known for a humorous approach to fashion, like their recent take on glamping, DSquared has been partnering up with MAC since their first show 12 seasons ago.

Tonight, do yourself a favor and watch Mitch McCabe's excellent documentary, Youth Knows No Pain. (It airs tonight at 9 p.m. on HBO, and it is great.) The film explores our societal obsession with looking forever young, but what makes it all the more interesting is McCabe's own backstory as the daughter of a plastic surgeon.

When it comes to professional haircare products, do you know if what you're getting is legitimate? Last week, L’Oréal USA filed suit against Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. for allegedly selling Matrix products to a wholesaler without authorization; eventually, these products ended up at CVS and Target.
