When I was little, I was absolutely obsessed with those cheapy clear plastic rings full of glittery, gooey lip gloss in what I now realize were totally gross artificial flavors. As my ability to judge product quality has improved, though, my nostalgia for those little rings hasn't left me. Feeling sentimental the other day, I Googled "lip gloss rings," only to find that there are, in fact, a whole bunch of high-end, very pretty versions that are totally appropriate for grown-up ladies. Double Your Fun: Two New "Same Name Twice" Fragrances

These days, apparently twice is very nice indeed, because WWD is reporting that in August, both Nina Ricci and Juicy Couture will launch fragrances with charmingly repetitive names. The scents, Ricci Ricci ($58) and Couture Couture ($85), are both a little higher end than other offerings from the houses but geared toward young women. While they're both florals with hints of woodiness, their topnotes are very different. Ricci Ricci starts with lively rhubarb and bergamot, followed by four o'clock flowers and a whole bouquet of roses, then finishes with sandalwood and patchouli, while Couture Couture is all citrusy topnotes with a jasmine honeysuckle body and an amber drydown. I'll be excited to try both, but I love Jessica Stam's little devil horns in the Ricci Ricci ads. Hopefully the scent will be just as naughty and charming as the campaign suggests.

Oh Man: A Juicy New Fragrance For Gents

Juicy Couture is gearing up to launch a gentleman's fragrance range of products called Dirty English. From what I've read, the scent seems like it's for the stylish bad-boy type. (The inspiration partly came from co-founder Gela Nash-Taylor's husband John Taylor of Duran Duran.)

I haven't smelled this scent yet, but it has a long list of notes: blue cypress, bergamot, peppered mandarin, marjoram, black leather, sandalwood, cedarwood, vetiver roots, agar, ebony wood, black moss absolute, amber musk, caraway, and cardamom pods.

Dirty English is available now at Bloomingdale's and it will be available in other department stores in mid April. The product range includes everything from eau de toilette ($52-$70) to hair pomade ($18). To find out what Nash-Taylor and Skaist-Levy told WWD about the sexy scent, read more.

We've wanted to do a men's fragrance for a long time. Since we began our men's line [in 2004], we've been upping the ante in contemporary menswear, and men are more into beauty and grooming products than they've ever been. They are buying their own pomade and fragrance, and their own clothes, rather than waiting for women to buy all of those things for them. This is the perfect time to launch a men's scent.

Pam and I are serious makeup junkies and a color line might be released by a different partner than Claiborne. In addition to the fragrance, we will launch a men's eye-wear range as the scent launches. Next after that will be an infants' line, great men's lounge-wear like boxers and robes, sleepwear in the fall for women and a women's flanker fragrance that we haven't named yet.

New Product Alert: Juicy Couture Beachy Bronzer

I know, I know: Enough about beach makeup already-but I just couldn't resist covering this new Juicy Couture Beachy Bronzer.

There's so much to love about it. It comes in a compact embossed with the Juicy Couture crest, you can use it on your face and body, and how about the fact that there's only one color? This means the Juicy girls have tried out lots of universal shades and finally found one that gives an all-around gorgeous glow!

Since it's still summertime, I say go for it. But hurry up and decide fast, because it's a limited-edition item ($45)!

Jump For Juicy's Fabulous Fragrance

You've probably already seen the ads for the new fragrance from Juicy Couture, appropriately called Eau de Couture. I finally got around to trying it, and though I'm not a huge Juicy fan, I happen to think that this fragrance smells really great. The youthful, fruity scent has top notes of watermelon, mandarin orange, pink passion fruit, marigold, and green apple. The packaging is also very Juicy. It comes in a pristine pink and brown box, which encases a magnificent crystal bottle adorned with Juicy's well known J and Crown charms. Each perfume purchase also comes with an oh-so-trendy padlock charm necklace. Buy the 3.4-ounce eau de parfum here for $85. Or, if you really want to wow someone with a gigantic bottle of Juicy, you can buy the 20-ouncer here for the bargain price of $3,000.

Scented Cosmetics Candles, Part III

Welcome to part III of scented cosmetics candles. This is the only exception for when lighting up is a good thing! As I am sure you can already tell, I've got a thing for scented candles. Not only are they great and simple decorations for the home, but they are just an extra special way to pamper yourself. I love the aroma of a candle during "me time" when I can just relax and unwind on the couch or in the tub. Here are two more scented candles from cosmetics companies. Enjoy!

NARS Jaipur Candle, $45, is both sultry and sweet. It has a strong aroma that has been created from: orange, cassis, grapefruit, pomegranate, roses, jasmine, geranium, amber and vanilla. The candle itself is a candy apple red color and is encased in a crimson glass votive. It is made from a soft, paraffin-free wax base; this candle burns evenly for up to 70 hours. How-To: Carmen Electra's Luminous Summertime Tan

This week, at the Disaster Movie party in Cabo San Lucas, actress, model, and fitness buff Carmen Electra played on the beach looking gorgeous and glowing with her quintessential summertime tan.

Besides her electrifying eyes (I wonder how many times she's heard that one), her skin oozed an undeniable radiance. We know that she's been hanging out at the DKNY House soaking up the rays, but something tells me that she's being careful with SPF, because her wrinkles are minimal. Are you interested in learning how to create this luminous look at home? If so, read more.

FACE: Begin with moisturized skin. Then, apply a dollop of sheer foundation to the back of your hand along with an equal part of luminizing bronzer. Mix with a foundation brush and apply to your face and to you neck. Then, add some concealer and some eye brightener, and blend using the same brush.
CHEEKS: Apply a touch of translucent powder everywhere except to the apples of your cheeks, because you're going to add a touch of bronzer there. Tip: You don't want the bronzer to be too dark, so be gentle with your application. I suggest trying a color such as Juicy Couture's Beachy Bronzer, which contains shimmer and looks great on all skin tones. Next, add a touch of peach blush like The Balm's Hot Mama to your cheekbones. Blend well using a large, fluffy brush, and if your face feels unbalanced, add a little bit of bronzer to your temples, nose, and chin.
EYES:This is one of the easiest eye makeup looks to pull off, so novice players, don't shy away! Simply smear a pale gold cream shadow all over your lid and add a touch of shimmery white or champagne eye shadow just under your brow bone. Next, apply black eyeliner to your upper eye rims, and gently line your lower rims with a deep purple liner. Top the look off with two coats of black mascara and apply a touch of shimmer (the same color as your highlighter) to your inner v.
LIPS: No lip liner or lipstick is required to achieve this sex-kitten lip look. Just apply a thick coat of a pale pink gloss such as Nars Lip Gloss in Turkish Delight to your pout and you're ready to go!
