Back in my early high school years, I rocked a mouthful of metal. In fact, my mom even got her bottom teeth realigned right along with me. Fortunately, my classmates didn't hassle me, calling out oh-so-original names like brace-face, railroad tracks, or tin-teeth.

In addition to model, writer, performer, and former member of all-female band The Lunachicks, Theo Kogan can now add "beauty entrepreneur" to her resume (assuming that total rock stars have resumes). Kogan teamed up with another woman of many trades, makeup artist/ accessory designer Allison Burns, to launch Armour Beauty, a 14-piece collection of lip glosses that include natural ingredients like avocado oil and mango butter.
"The thing that's been missing are great colors that are moisturizing and protecting and stay on," she says.

Back in my rock-and-roll days, there was an unspoken rule among the most serious punks: If you were going to groom yourself, the only acceptable brand was Tom's Of Maine. The naturally based, animal-friendly, vegan brand was pretty much the only toothpaste that the hardcore kids would use, but whaddya know, they always cleaned up pretty well. While my rocker-girl days may have dwindled (or not), I still use Tom's lavender deodorant faithfully.

With her London punk legacy, Vivienne Westwood is no stranger to awesomeness. So it's fitting that the fashion designer's new fragrance is called Let It Rock. According to Cosmetics International (via Now Smell This), the scent, which debuted yesterday in London, is named for the boutique Westwood opened in 1971.

Paris was extension-free this weekend, showing off a cute cropped bob at the beach this weekend. (She was also spotted with a not-as-cute Bob, as in Bob Ritchie, as in Kid Rock, but that's another story.) I've always thought Paris looked good with shorter hair, but somehow I suspect it won't be long until we see her hair long again. What do you think?

Who do you think you're kidding when asked about the ol' powder in the hair trick? We are all guilty of the one, two, three — and yeah, I'll even say it — four-day stretch of not washing our hair after we get a wicked blowout. And you know the only thing stopping you from washing your perfect, frizz free hair is that it's gettin' pretty gross and greasy looking.
