Unlike her older sister, Paris, Nicky Hilton somehow manages to stay just under the radar. But tonight, should all the attention go to the younger sister? While Nicky keeps it pretty tame with a fruity-toned lip gloss, she amps up those vivid baby blues with lots of black liner for a tightly lined eye look. To further accentuate her peepers, she opts for gold shadows with a sparkling copper shade in the crease. Are you dazzled by Nicky's look, or did she play it just a little too safe tonight?

Love It or Hate It: Nicky Hilton's Shorter Style

It's hard for me to remember a time that Nicky Hilton didn't have long locks. I do recall her short stint as a brunette a few years ago, though we almost always see the socialite as a blonde. Now, she's switched it up again, debuting this slightly ashy-toned shoulder-grazing style at last night's Chloé opening boutique party in LA. What do you think of Nicky's new sleek cut? Is it a keeper, or do you think long locks are the way to go?

Love It or Hate It? Nicky Hilton's Two-Tone Hair

Nicky Hilton came to support her sister at the debut of Paris's new MTV reality show, Paris Hilton's My New BFF at LAX yesterday. I'm intrigued by Nicky's hair color - often, colorists go lighter in the front because it's where the sun naturally hits hair and because it can brighten the complexion. While this look is kind of the opposite, the shades of caramel that Nicky's colorist chose and the way her hair is styled here (the darker part is almost like a headband) is something I haven't seen much and I'm digging. When darkness turns to light . . .

Love It or Hate It? Nicky Hilton's MTV VMAs Look

Nicky Hilton looks like she could be one of the backup girls from the Robert Palmer video, "Simply Irresistible." She's definitely got the dress to match, so I'm assuming the look is an homage to that great video. How appropriate; this is MTV after all. The quintessential Palmer look is mainly about the hair, and Nicky's is slicked back to perfection. She went a little softer on the lips than the Palmer girls, but the eyes are fit for the video. It's interesting how heavy she went on the upper lid, but not as much on the lower. What do you think, is Nicky "Simply Irresistible?"

Yesterday in Seoul, Korea, Nicky Hilton promoted her clothing collections, Nicholai and Chick By Nicky Hilton. While her hair looks neat, shiny, and polished and her skin is gorgeous, her eye makeup looks off to me. It's heavy and metallic by the brows, creating a bit of a muddy effect. What do you think about it?
