Have you ever met someone that has so much going on, you don't even know where they get all the energy to do it? Niecy Nash is that kind of person. As a celebrity panelist for The Insider and host of Clean House, Niecy's schedule is jam-packed. She's also planning on coming out with her own line of floral hair accessories, and she's busy raising funds for the World Toilet Organization.

Niecy Nash Makes an Ode to the Commode

We've already established that comedian Niecy Nash is one busy woman. She's even set to come out with her own line of floral hair accessories. Niecy is also partnering with Clorox to help raise funds for the World Toilet Organization (WTO), a nonprofit working to improve sanitation worldwide.

For most of us, having access to a toilet is so common, we don't even think twice about it. But unfortunately, there are billions of people across the globe that do not have access to modern plumbing. As a result, 5,000 children under the age of five die each day due to water-related illnesses. Recently, I chatted with Niecy on her work with the cause. Niecy Nash to Start a Line of Floral Hair Accessories

Niecy Nash, whose collection of ever-changing floral hair accents has become part of her trademark look, is one busy lady. Not only is she a celebrity panelist for The Insider, fresh off of a Daytime Emmy Award for her home makeover show Clean House, and raising funds for the World Toilet Organization (more on that later), but she's also a mom of three. Niecy also has something else cooking up on her plate.

When I asked the actress how she thinks having that signature flower accent has impacted her career, she responded by saying, "People recognize me instantly because of it." But she also had an interesting tidbit to reveal. "I'm moving forward to put out my own line of flowers," she said. As for when the line will come out, the funny lady only provided me with a teaser: "It's coming out soon. Stand by. Wait for it." Are you waiting for this garden to grow?

Do You Like Your Jiggly Parts?

Dancing With the Stars has been a catalyst for many celebs to lose weight or develop healthier habits; Kelly Osbourne lost 25 pounds while on the show and Jennie Garth went down a few jeans sizes. But Niecy Nash told Life & Style Magazine that she loves her body just the way it is and isn't looking to the show for weight loss.

"I like my jiggly parts . . . I like my curves - I don't have a problem with any of it, and my boyfriend doesn't either! It's more about the inner transformation for me. I want to become better and stronger and more fulfilled as a person, and I can do that with a little wobble in my booty, honey!"

I find Niecy's body confidence inspiring, especially when many women - including celebrities - struggle with insecurities over the way they look. I also appreciate that she's trying to send a positive message to women who might be watching her on the show, telling Us Magazine: "I don't have a plan to conform to Hollywood at all! I like the thickness. I danced tonight for every girl who's not a size 2."

I'll even cop to it and say: I am not always 100 percent happy with my jiggly parts. There are some days when I wish I was tighter and more toned, but that's part of the reason I work out. I don't feel like this most days, mind you, but I do have my moments. Tell me . . .

Is it just me, or is Tori Spelling fast becoming a campy Hollywood icon? People tell me that her books, sTori Telling and Mommywood, are funny and refreshingly honest, but I can't decide how I feel about her yet. I do, however, know how I feel about Niecy Nash: she rules, as evidenced by this dramatic reading of sTori Telling, nominated for best celeb autobiography on Bravo's A-List Awards last night.

Pilot Watch: Do Not Disturb

The networks have announced their Fall schedules, but which of the series will actually be worth watching? This Summer, as the networks release their pilots, I'll be posting my first impressions. A lot can change before a show makes it to air - especially this year, when the writers' strike severely gummed up the production of pilots - so consider these just some quick thoughts on how the shows look now. Today's installment: Fox's Do Not Disturb, the network's only new comedy of the Fall, which will be paired with 'Til Death on Wednesdays.

What's it about? The Upstairs, Downstairs-style comedy focuses on the relationships between the employees of a ritzy hotel.

Who's in it? Niecy Nash, Jerry O'Connell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Molly Stanton, Jolene Purdy

The good: This show has a lot of funny people who are hilarious on their own and should, ideally, be funny together. I love Nash on Reno 911!, I think infinitely higher of O'Connell after his Tom Cruise parody video, and executive producer Abraham Higgenbotham was a writer on Arrested Development (fellow Arrested alum Jason Bateman directed the pilot). Nash, in particular, has a commanding presence on screen and seems like she could really do a lot with her character.

The bad: Stereotypes. Everywhere. Some of them are actually funny (there's a great sight gag with the women at the reception counter going up on their tippy-toes to please O'Connell's character, after Nash's character gets them some more-comfortable but less-skyscraping shoes), but so many of them just made me cringe. Like what? Well, the plot line of the first episode revolves around an overweight phone receptionist who wants to interact with hotel guests but isn't allowed to because of her looks. Yes, the bosses keeping her hidden come off as abhorrent - but mostly I felt like the show wanted us to point and laugh right along with them.

Will I watch? The show will have to get a lot less broad and stereotypical if it wants to keep me as a viewer.

Jason Bateman, Niecy Nash Team for Fox Comedy

I love when people I like team up to make some cool new project happen, and that seems to be the case with Fox's new comedy pilot The Inn. I was excited enough to see that Reno 911!'s Niecy Nash was cast in the lead of the comedy. Sweetening matters further was its creator and writer, Arrested Development alum - and possessor of one of the best names in Hollywood -Abraham Higginbotham. And now there's word that Jason Bateman will be directing the show's pilot episode.

That's an awful lot of comedy talent in one little show. Of course, there's all the Arrested Development goodness from Bateman and Higginbotham. And Nash has been one of my top two favorite characters on Reno! for, well, forever (the other one is Wendi McLendon-Covey, a.k.a. Deputy Clementine Johnson). If Nash can bring even a smidgen of the crazy/funny she offers up in Reno!, I'm sold.

I admit I wasn't too excited about the pilot from its description: an Upstairs, Downstairs-style show set in a swanky New York hotel. It just reminded me a little too much of Welcome to the Captain over on CBS. But with Nash in front of the camera and Bateman behind it, I'll definitely give it a try if it makes it through the pilot phase and becomes a series. You?

Denzel and Oprah Bring Out Great Debaters

While Denzel Washington's date to his LA premiere of The Great Debaters was his wife, he spent much of his red carpet time on the arm of one Oprah Winfrey. Also in the house were Samuel L. Jackson, his Kangol hat, and Jennifer Hudson, among others. After a long weekend of stumping for Barack Obama, Oprah traded in her pants suit for a leather skirt to support her friend and chat on the red carpet. Of course, she was asked about life on the campaign trail but also about the controversy surrounding her school in South Africa. She said, "I think that all crisis is there to teach you about your life," The biggest lesson learned: "You have to be far more careful in choosing people to stand in the gap for you. You have to stay on it. . . .The school is going to be better because that happened . . . We're going to come back and have best year ever!"
