Her long hair was swept back into a low, side chignon that, while elegant, seems more appropriate for the Oscars than it does the VMAs. Her makeup takes it up a notch, especially those long lashes.

Last night, pretend New York socialite Leighton Meetster and fellow Gossip Girl star, Jessica Szohr joined real life New York socialite Olivia Polermo at the 60th anniversary soirée for Longchamp. I can imagine just how sweltering the big apple can be in the Summertime, but these lovely ladies have managed to mask any evidence of debilitating heat and humidity.
They arrived to the Upper East Side wearing minimal makeup and casual updos with their long, layered bangs lying just below their jawline to frame their face.
