It's kinda hard to concentrate on anything happening on Stephanie Pratt's face when she's wearing earrings SO huge. But, to do my job, I must avert my eyes to other things - like her big Texas hair. You know what, it's the MTV VMAs and I kinda dig it. Sure, it's a bit big, but it's young and fun. Beyond that, she's got a glowing complexion highlighted with long false lashes and perfectly pink cheeks and lips. This look is all about the hair - and the earrings - but overall, what do y'all think? You digging?

Stephanie Pratt picked flirting and lunch dates over work on this season of The Hills, so her fun-loving red carpet look is no surprise. Steph spruced up her signature platinum locks with subtle red highlights and accentuated her bright eyes with playful navy liner and smokey purple shadow. The breezy look is topped off with shiny pink gloss and a dewy face.

Love It or Hate It? Stephanie Pratt's MTV VMAs Look

It looks like The Hills Stephanie Pratt knows that blue eyeshadows and liners are one of the "it" colors for Fall 2008. Her navy liner and powder blue accents make her baby blues zing. I'm starting to sound like a broken record with these Hills stars, but Stephanie really has that beach-girl look down down pat. Finish it off with a hint of pink gloss, and her look is complete. So tell me what you think of Stephanie's casual cool hair and makeup?

Stephanie Pratt from The Hills was spotted last night at the Pink Is the New Blog party wearing bright-pink hair extensions. Remember last Summer when Heidi had pink highlights? Methinks that she-Pratt is taking this soon-to-be little sister thing a bit too far. What do you think of Stephanie's punky pink hair?

The Hills Beauty Quiz: Episode 5, "Sorry Boo, Strike Two"

Last night's episode of The Hills was all about disagreeing couples. On one end, per usual, we had Brody and Jayde quarreling at Kristin's beach house party. Could it be that Brody still has a thing for his ex, Kristin? On the other end, we saw Justin playing mind games with Kristin, as he jokingly texts that he wouldn't be able to make it to her party, even though he eventually shows up. One more strike, buddy, and you're in trouble. In the meantime, over at Heidi's house, Mrs. Pratt and ironically, Stephanie, who was recently arrested for a DUI, cornered Holly about her drinking problem. Thanks to her dance moves and affinity for Jack and Cokes, we might just see the older of the Montag sisters headed off to rehab.

Trend Alert: Blue Eye Accents at the 2008 VMAs

Whether it be an icy shadow or a dark navy liner, one thing is for sure - blue was cool at last night's VMAs. I love how Bar Refaeli, Stephanie Pratt, and Pink went for frosty versions to bring brightness to their eyes. Rihanna and Ashlee Simpson opted for a more smoky edge, while Christina Aguilera added her own unique (as usual) take on the trend. Do you think you'll be wearing any of these blue-hued looks?
