The 30 Rock actress, who could take home yet another award tonight for the critically acclaimed show, is not known for outlandish hair and makeup looks, but tonight, she amps it up a bit with that that warm-toned lip color, no? Since she doesn't come across as a high-maintenance type, it makes sense that she'd go with an unfussy updo and an "I just went to the Bobbi Brown counter" simplicity with her natural-looking makeup hues. It is our third year making the list, and this time we decided to spice things up by having readers vote on a playoff format bracket to narrow down the list from 128 finalists all the way to number one. Our bracket matched up everyone from Heidi Montag vs. Angelina Jolie to Robert Pattinson vs. Jennifer Aniston. Fans voted Angelina down to number 17 after being ranked first and second the past two years. She was knocked out by Leonardo DiCaprio. However, Angelina was the number one most commented on celebrity of the year.
Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon both move into the top five, taking the second and third spots after Pattinson.
Oscar winner Kate Winslet moves from No. 58 to No. 4!

Did you know this blonde shade almost kept Leighton from landing that headbanded part on Gossip Girl? She's known for her darker locks when shooting in New York, but she's taking a West Coast break with her natural hair color. After all, there's more than just the UES, as she's working on an album and filming Date Night with Tina Fey and Steve Carell during her time off from the series. Busy lady. It's hard for me to adjust seeing B. as a blonde, not a brunette, so I've been staring at the shots for a while now. Do you have a preference?

Sarah Palin Inspires a New Lipstick Color

This weekend, Tina Fey killed it once again with her hilarious Sarah Palin impersonation. (Seriously, "Bono, the king of Ireland?" Haw!) But that wasn't the only bit of recent election fluff to involve Governor Palin.

The Alchemist's Apprentice, a New Mexico-based seller of natural cosmetics, has created a lipstick shade in honor of the hockey mom turned VP candidate. Power Pink, a rosy shade with a bit of glimmer, is a tribute to the Alaska governor. "Now women can wear the same lipstick as this maverick mom and support her at the same time," says Pamela Cronan-Maddox, who created Power Pink.

Fact-checking time: That isn't exactly true, as Palin herself does not wear this particular lipstick shade. But for each lipstick purchased, The Alchemist's Apprentice will donate one dollar to the McCain/Palin campaign. And of course, there's also Pit Bull Mom brand lipstick ($9.99, available in Pale N' Pink and Republican Red. Where are the beauty buys for Democrats and independents, you ask? So far, nothing's turned up, but I'll try to find ya some and I'll bring them to ya.
