Yesterday, back in Los Angeles, DJ Samantha Ronson showed off her new short crop haircut on a walk with Lindsay Lohan. Since the blonde has been cut off on the sides, her hair has a two-toned color. Samantha's had a double-dyed hue for some time now, but it's never been quite this pale or short. If anyone can pull off a punky hairstyle, it's a hip DJ - but do you think Samantha does it well?

While Beyonce's makeup looks lovely, tonight it's all about the hair. She has beautiful volume with big, wavy curls. But what's most surprising are the bold blonde highlights-you can't miss 'em! As for the makeup, she's working the false eyelashes, and her eyebrows look full and luscious. But wow, all I can think about is the hair. Are you loving this new shade on Beyonce?

Do You Prefer Sandra Oh With Black or Two-Toned Hair?

Over the weekend at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, Sandra Oh posed in the famous photo booth with newly black hair that has been highlighted with pale blond and caramel colors at the tips. I didn't realize she was so apt to take risks, since I've only known her to have solid black hair. Which hair color do you like best on Sandra?

Trend Alert: Dark Hair Under There

Several years ago, one of my friends had this amazing "Who does your hair?" kind of color job. It was darker underneath and lighter on top, with chunkier lowlights framing her face. While the thick streaks are most definitely out these days, multitonal color seems to be making a comeback. But, this time around it's not so severe. Added bonus? Because the dark layers peek out subtly, this technique can be a great way to give your hair a little update without a lot of cost.

While the two-toned color of Ciara is a lighter blond underneath, these ladies don't underestimate the power of the dark side. What do you think? Is it a look you'll soon be sporting?

Get the Look: Bat For Lashes

Natasha Khan, better known as Bat For Lashes, is super-styley and talented. Her new album, Two Suns, is so dreamy that it begs to be played on hot Summer nights. She also has a style all her own, and although we've covered it with a colorful makeup tutorial, I figured it was time to revisit this style icon.

At a recent performance, she showed off a hip and pretty look that can inspire you for a night out. Natasha's two-toned bangs are unusual but not too wacky, and she makes glitter work for her. To create a similar look, use a base of silver eye shadow on your eyelids. Then, use a soft makeup brush to gently blend turquoise shadow just past the outer corner of your eyes. A bit of glitter adds sparkle; you can use loose glitter, but Fab swears by Urban Decay's glitter eyeliner for its staying power. Barely-there pink lipstick, a warm blush, and a nature-glam hair accessory tops off the look. Now get a keyboard and start your own band.

Committing to color is no easy decision for you . . . or your pocketbook. These two-toned dos do look fun, but may not be something you want to rock for an everyday look (especially if it involves stripping jet black hair for a lighter hue). Since Ciara places the blond bits on the underside of her hair – similar to her style in the racy JT video – this style's fairly easy to replicate with extensions.Even though the goal here seems to be a streaky contrast, the pieces look less fake when they are at the bottom of your head, since the rest of your natural locks hide the clips.
