Being a drop-dead gorgeous woman never hurts, but in Uma Thurman's case, it's led to two high-profile, highly lucrative beauty endorsement deals. You may remember Uma as the face of Lancôme's fragrance Miracle, but that relationship soured; last year, Uma sued Lancôme to the tune of $20 million.
But the actress has moved on, as she will become the new face of Parfums Givenchy.

Last night at the Gotham Awards, stars such as Uma Thurman, Keri Russell, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Ellen Page arrived on the red carpet wearing their hair up. I love how New York events can be either over-the-top glamorous or totally fuss-free. Out of these four ladies, whose updo you do think looks the best?

Unfortunately, sometimes part of being a celebrity is dealing with lawsuits, whether something goes awry with a beauty contract, as in the case of Uma Thurman and Lancôme, or questions arise over secret ingredients in the formulation, as in the case of Kate Hudson, who helped develop David Babaii for Wildaid. Now, it looks like Lindsay Lohan is the next star facing some legal issues of her own.
In a lawsuit filed in Tampa, chemist Jennifer Sunday claims that Lindsay and her business partner, Lorit Simon, stole the formula for Sevin Nyne, a Lohan-endorsed tanning spray which launched back in April.
