Victoria Beckham left Miu Miu's NYC boutique earlier today after a Valentine's Day shopping spree. She's been in the Big Apple since late last week prepping for two Fashion Week presentations. Some major stars stepped out to see her signature label, the Victoria Beckham Collection's Fall 2012 designs on the catwalk Sunday, including her biggest fans, David and Harper Beckham. Tomorrow she'll showcase her more affordable pieces. She'll send her Victoria by Victoria Beckham frocks down the runway, and it appears Posh is eager to get a jump on the unveiling as she tweeted a photo of a new print called "Frockerella" today.

David and Victoria Beckham treated their baby girl Harper to a chic lunch at Balthazar in NYC yesterday. It was a celebratory meal following Victoria's latest Fashion Week show. The Fall 2012 Victoria Beckham collection has so far been a hit with critics, and David, who was in the front row, also seemed to be a fan. He snapped pictures throughout the presentation, and later brought Harper to visit with her designing mom backstage. Victoria has just a few days to relax, though, since she has another event to organize for Wednesday. Her lower-priced line, Victoria by Victoria Beckham, will be sent down the runway in two days.

The presentation, which took place at the NY Public Library, was packed with famous faces including Vogue editor Anna Wintour and Victoria's husband, David. He was spotted carrying Harper into the show, though he had his hands free to take pictures while sitting in the front row. The Victoria Beckham collection featured plenty of sexy dresses, but there was one super-sweet addition since Victoria named a handbag after her 7-month-old daughter, Harper.

Victoria Beckham's Fall collection can easily be described in one word: strong. The designer offered up her usual sleek, body-conscious dresses, but this time with a decidedly utilitarian touch. The military-chic collection was sexy, without being aggressively so, and was punctuated by belted waists, elbow-length sleeves, and high, collared necklines. Her signature slim-fitting vibe was still there, as were subtle nods to her family - Victoria mused that she "was in the kitchen one day" when son Romeo ran in with his baseball uniform on. "That's what inspired those bright sporty collars on the dresses," she told the Telegraph. Also, the loose beanies "were inspired by the ones David is always wearing," and there was even a handbag named after young daughter Harper. After being named the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition's "Rookie of the Year" in 2011, Kate Upton is this year's cover girl! The five-time equestrian champion has showed off her curves in campaigns for big names like Guess, Victoria's Secret, and Dooney & Burke. On being fit, Kate told The Daily, "It's really important to stay slim for the industry . . . but you still want to have a body." Here's the scoop on how Kate maintains her model curves.

Kate's fitness regimen: Like many of the industry's top models, Kate trains with former competitive swimmer Justin Gelband. Justin told Shape that he "incorporates multidirectional exercises" into Kate's training sessions. To keep things fresh, Justin changes up the types of workouts he and Kate do together (Pilates and kickboxing are favorites) and uses a variety of equipment like medicine balls and exercise bands.
Kate's diet: For Kate, it's all about living a healthy lifestyle. Kate has said in several interviews that it's important for her to watch what she eats, but she doesn't go on any sort of special diet to prepare for a shoot or runway show. Her splurge? The occasional treat of ice cream or french fries.
