Beauty Marked! A Shimmery Body Cream

Last week I told you about my old time favorite Nivea Silky Shimmer Body Lotion, $9, that I've been using for about five years now. Although I adore the way it glistens perfectly in the light, I think it's time to try something new. I mean let's face it: they've made so many shimmery body creams within the last five years that I'm bound to be missing out on something fab if I don't start experimenting ASAP!

You guys were asked to go beauty marking to help me find a new awesome shimmer body lotion. I've checked your finds and I really like what I see. Here are a few that I've chosen to feature!

Beauty Mark #1 found by GirlInPink, is called Jergens Soft Shimmer Skin Radiance Moisturizer, $6. If this cream is anything like Jergen's original formula, I am sure it's great. Jergen's products have an awesome fragrance, they moisturize deeply and leave your skin feeling soft and supple. This one is infused with light reflectors for subtle radiance. I can't wait to try it.

Beauty Mark #2 found by swwonder, is called Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Body Gloss, $6. It is a super rich body cream that illuminates skin with a soft shimmer. It is made from pure cocoa butter and Vitamin E to ensure that your skin is left hydrated and smooth. Thanks for this suggestion, sswonder, you certainly can't beat this price!

Beauty Mark #3 found by foreverdizzy, is called Cranberry Shimmer Body Lotion from The Body Shop, $16. Just the sound of this is exciting. I love cranberry anything! This is a light and creamy moisturizer that absorbs quickly into the skin. It deeply conditions and leaves your skin feeling silky, smelling great and glowing.

Beauty Mark It! A Fab Foot Cream

I've recently discovered this great new line called Cake Beauty where everything smells like desserts. Since I've got a major sweet tooth, I'm totally in love with this brand.

I got this amazing Cake Walk Triplemint Foot Creme, $16, about six weeks ago and I am already running out if it! I'm addicted. It's rich, creamy, thick and smells sweet but also has a hint of mint in it. When my dogs are barking and annoying, this cream really settles me down.

I thought if I could love a foot cream this much, then maybe you guys do too! Let's go beauty marking to find some more fabulous foot creams! Beauty Mark It! A Yummy Scented Shower Soap

I have been using Dove White Beauty Bar for decades. It's what my mom raised me on, so when I moved out - I never even thought to change. I like it because it's mild and it doesn't irritate my skin. However, recently when I was staying in a hotel I came to love the way their soap smelled.

It definitely had a peppermint scent to it that left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. I never knew a soap could have that much of an impact on me!

I would love it if you guys could go beauty marking to help me find a new, yummy smelling shower soap that is also gentle.

Last week I asked you gals to help me find a new, fresh smelling shower soap. I totally love my tried and true Dove White Beauty Bar, but I've been using it for so long now, that I'd like to explore other options.

Beauty Mark #1 found by steen and hellolover is called, Lush Rock Star Soap, $7.60. This delightful vanilla scented soap happens to be one of their best sellers! I love the bright pink color and the creamy texture.

Beauty Mark #2 found by crispet1 is called Zum Bar Goat's Milk Soap Rosemary and Mint, $5.19. This ultra emollient and moisturizing beauty bar is handmade without animal tallow, synthetic colorings or fragrances. All that's in it is olive, coconut, palm and castor oils mixed into a goat's milk base, and infused with herbs and essential oils. Mmmm...

Beauty Mark #3 found by carito8 is called Savon Deluxe French Milled Soap, Lavender, $2.84. These soaps are made from pure vegetables, glycerin, shea butter and lavender. They are very moisturizing and they also exfoliate your skin. I love the way the lavender smells up the bathroom in a really calming and relaxing way - just like a spa would!

Beauty Mark #1 found by LuckyGrl83 and PartySugar, is a fab purple color called Dark Pleasure's Nail Polish in Blacker Laquer by Revlon. This polish is dark, seductive and mysterious! Ooh la la. It is pearlized which also adds dimension and allure. Available in six other deep, blackened jewel-toned shades.

Beauty Mark #2 found by baltimoregal and dollfacedot14, is called Lincoln Park After Dark by OPI. This nail enamel is part of the classic purples collection. This polish is shiny and a little bit brighter than mine. I think I'll give it a whirl. Thanks for the suggestion!

Beauty Mark #3 found by lilxmissxmolly, is called Purple Pain Nail Polish by Manic Panic. It is an iridescent purple gloss that really reminds me of the 80s. This would be a great shade for your toes or for a fun girls' night out on the town.

Last week I asked you to come beauty marking with me to help me find a new fab foot cream. I bought this Cake Beauty Cake Walk Triplemint Foot Cream, $16, and totally and utterly fell in love with it!

Beauty Mark #1 found by missixty02 is called Bliss Foot Patrol, $26. This fab foot cream is ultra creamy, ultra smooth and ultra minty! Made with peppermint, aloe vera and salicylic acid, it immediately exfoliates, softens and soothes your tired dogs!

Beauty Mark #2 found by foreverdizzy is called Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Cream, $9. Mmmm - this cream is coco-nutty and delish! It contains rosemary which helps heal tired feet, and peppermint to purify. Let's face it, your feet aren't the cleanest parts of your body. It also contains vegetable glycerin and coconut oil to moisturize.

Beauty Mark #3 found by la clique is called Totally Nutty Shea Butter Heel Cream, $4. This is an intensely moisturizing foot cream made with a high concentration of shea butter and nut oils to make your stubborn skin nice and smooth.

Beauty Mark It! A New Silky Soft Shaving Cream

Hey everybody! With all this Dress you Up! talk, can you help me on my search for an awesome new shaving cream or gel for the shower? I am looking for something that's going to make my legs and underarms feel and look silky smooth. I love a close shave and it would be ideal to find something gentle that won't irritate my skin.

I've been using my hubby's Kiehl's Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream, $15.50, but it doesn't smell very womanly and I feel like he should have something in the shower that's his alone!

Beauty Marked! An Unbeatable Body Bronzer

Last week I asked you guys to come beauty marking with me to help me find a new self tanner for my body. I bought this Ban De Soleil Streakguard Self Tanning Creme, $9, but I am not in love with it. It's not awful, but it streaks a bit and I'm not crazy about the color on my skin tone. Your mission was to help find me something that would turn me into a gorgeous golden color as opposed to an icky orange one. To see all of the beauty marks for a self tanner for the body, click here. Beauty Mark #1 found by foreverdizzy is called Decleor Aroma Sun Express Hydrating Self-Tan Spray, $36. Within one to two hours, this light, non-oily spray turns into a deep and natural looking tan. There is no sunscreen in this product though - so you can not wear it at the beach, but it's a great after sun lotion because it keeps your skin supple, glowing and hydrated!

Beauty Mark #2 found by atripp is called GlowFusion Micro-Nutrient Face & Body Natural Protein Tan, $58, is a self-tanning technology lotion that starts off light and can be layered until you reach the level of tan you desire.

This mist form allows for smooth application, there is no odor, no streaking and it won't stain. The formula contains vitamins, antioxidants and a special ingredient simply known as sugarcane which has been proven to work well with the natural keratin already in your skin. Available in light and medium shades.

Beauty Mark #3 found by missixty02 is called St. Tropez Tinted Self Tanning Lotion - Step 3, $37.50, is an aloe vera based lotion that isn't oily and is fast drying. It says that it smells great too, which is awesome because most self tanners smell terrible.

It's funny how you all found these products at Sephora. I have never tried this one but I am very anxious to - this brand has a great reputation! Available in one universal shade.

Beauty Marked! A Medium Coverage Foundation

Do you remember last week when I asked you to help me find a brand new medium coverage foundation to replace my old Prescriptives one? Although I think this one is great, the time has come to replace it. You gals did a phenomenal job of finding many more options for me. Beauty Mark #1 found by atoxicsparkle is called Benefit Cosmetics Nonfiction Foundation, $30. This liquid foundation provides medium coverage and a flawless looking finish. It feels silky upon application and is available in ten shades to suit the myriad of skin tones out there.

Beauty Mark #2 found by girlinpink is called Clinque Super Balanced Makeup, $19.50. This foundation provides moisture to your face so that it doesn't look dry while also managing to absorb oils so that your face doesn't look too greasy either. It is oil-free and has a natural looking finish.

Beauty Mark #3 found by flutterpie is called Cover Girl Clean Fragrance Free Foundation, $5. It is a lightweight and natural looking medium coverage foundation that won't clog your pores or look cakey and fakey.

I’ve been using Nivea Silky Shimmer Body Lotion, $9, for about five years now. What’s great about it is it’s the same formula as classic Nivea Body Lotion, only it's enhanced with shimmer that catches the light and gives you a little extra glow when you are going to a party or out at night.

I feel like it’s a bit much to wear everyday, but when I am putting on something new or special, it makes me feel great. I have about two more uses of it and then I’ll be ready for a new bottle. Perfect timing for all of you to go on a Beauty Marking mission to help me find a new, subtle yet sexy body shimmer lotion.
