Chic or Shocking? Electric Makeup At Gareth Pugh
At yesterday's Gareth Pugh fashion show, models were covered in white powder, and their eyebrows, lips, eyeliner and lashes were painted electric blue. Their cheeks and eyes were dusted with aqua powder and their hair was twisted into a modified modern cornrow.
