Get Olivia Wilde's Modern, Audrey Hepburn-Inspired Updo Look

Olivia Wilde has been providing lots of creative hairstyle inspiration as of late, but it's the simplistic elegance of her latest look that will have you going back to it time and time again. For the Butter premiere yesterday at the Toronto Film Festival, celebrity stylist David Babaii For Couture Colour created this fresh, texturized bun for Olivia, using Audrey Hepburn as inspiration.

To get the look, apply the brand's Pequi Oil treatment to clean, wet hair. Blow-dry the hair, focusing on keeping it a tad messy to provide texture to the style. Next, wrap random sections of hair around a two-and-a-half-inch curling iron (Babaii used one from Revlon), alternating the direction of the curl for extra oomph. Now, simply sweep the hair and fringe into a bun for a classic coiffure with a modern edge.

Kate Hudson showed off an enviably shiny and silky hairstyle at last night's premiere of Something Borrowed in Los Angeles. To create a naturally elegant look, as well as complement her effortlessly chic buttery yellow Versace dress, Couture Colour stylist David Babaii started by applying the line's Pequi Oil Treatment ($32) to Kate's clean, wet hair.

He then parted her hair on the left at a slight angle and blow-dried with a large round brush. To prevent flyaways and add more shine, Babaii worked in a bit more Pequi Oil to the finished look. It has been nearly a year since Kate Hudson announced that she was diving into the beauty business, and only now are we able to see the fruits of her labor. Kate, with stylist David Babaii, worked to create David Babaii for Wildaid. The 10-piece line currently consists of all the usual suspects like shampoos, conditioners, and pomades - with mousse and hairspray on the way - as well as a hair dryer and flat iron. The products are all in the mid-tier price range ($11.95 to $14.95) with the styling tools on the higher end of the scale ($119.95 for both the flat iron and the hair dryer), but the good news is that part of the proceeds will benefit the Wildaid wildlife protection program. Kate Hudson's Animal-Friendly Haircare Collection

Oscar-nominated actress, Hollywood mom and all-around cute lady Kate Hudson is about to add one more title to her resume: Co-creator of a haircare line. She's teaming up with stylist David Babaii to develop David Babaii for Wildaid, a forthcoming eco-friendly haircare collection free of sulfates, parabens, animal products and animal testing. Slated to feature shampoos, conditioners and styling tools, it should hit stores later this year. According to the press release, part of the revenue will go to wildlife-protection group Wildaid, which means your purchase will help protect endangered animals such as sea turtles and tigers.

Here's what Kate has to say about the collaboration:

"I've been asked to do a lot of campaigns in the past and this feels like the perfect fit for me. David is the best at what he does and he's put so much of himself into the development of this line. And the fact that we can do it in an ecologically responsible and animal-friendly manner that can help preserve wildlife is what makes this truly special."

Olivia Wilde Reveals Her Beauty Essentials

2011 has been a big year for Olivia Wilde. Along with nabbing roles in Cowboys & Aliens, Tron, and In Time, the 27-year-old actress became one of Revlon's newest brand ambassadors. "It was exciting to join a company that wants to empower women through beauty and help them harness their inner confidence," she said Monday in New York City. "We're really in sync on that." When asked about her beauty essentials, Olivia was refreshingly low-maintenance. "Sleep is like a beauty product," she said. "If I could buy it in a bottle, I would." Until that happens, though, here's what Olivia reaches for again and again:

Eyeliner: "It's what looks best for my face and my eyes," Olivia says. "All I need is to put some sort of definition on my eyes and it makes it appropriate for night. I wish I could be really good with shadows, but that takes a little bit more time and consideration."

Eye drops: Olivia prefers those with a cooling effect. "That's actually a beauty thing that you don't think about often, to have good eye drops in your bags," she says. "Particularly if you're working a 16-hour day and you need to take your look all day long."

Skin care: "I use the cheapest possible skin care - not because it's cheap, but because it's the best," says Olivia. "Dermatologists have recommended it for years and I've never paid attention. But recently I started using Cetaphil cleanser and CeraVe moisturizer. They're gentle and simple."
