If you already love your Burberry trench, scarf, bikini, and handbag, get ready to add makeup to your collection, because WWD is reporting that the company has just announced the colors for its cosmetics line, which is slated to arrive in July 2010. Philippe Benacin, chairman and managing director of Inter Parfums SA, says the collection will be "a complete color line with about 100 references for eyes, lips, and skin" and will be carried at Nordstrom. My question is, though, how will Burberry create makeup that's any better than what a company that specializes in the products does?

Emma Watson might be developing a reputation as a budding fashionista, particularly as she's been making the promotional rounds for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince dressed in gorgeous gowns and enviable hairstyles. But that's far from how she wants to be perceived. "First and foremost, I’m an actress," she told WWD.

Rainy weather didn't stop Emma Watson from looking fresh-faced and chic at the London premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. In fact, the loose updo style, complemented with braids and a red hair accent, is perfect for beating warm-weather humidity.
Now, I realize many of you might be sick of hearing about braids and headbands, two trends that have been popular for some time thanks to the ladies of The Hills and Gossip Girl, but you've got to appreciate how Emma turned the look into something fresh.

Well, that didn't last long. Keira Knightley, who last year replaced Kate Moss as the face of Coco Mademoiselle perfume, is being replaced herself! Chanel's new pick is 18-year-old Emma Watson, best known for her role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies.

The little girl who played Hermione Granger is now quite a pretty young woman! Emma Watson seems to be one of those fortunate few who's squeaking through her teenage years without any awkward phases. At the London premiere of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, she wore her hair down; at this weekend's Los Angeles premiere, she chose an up-do.
