As at the MTV Movie Awards, Lil Mama sported at multi-hued hairstyle, and she did a similar thing for the BET Awards. This time, she retained her blonde and black curls, but added in some sleek bangs and a few choppy pieces to frame her face. (Makeup-wise, she keeps things low-key - a smart idea when your hairstyle is bound to grab attention.) The teenage rapper always takes risks on the red carpet, and this time is no exception. Leave it to Lil Mama to come up with a fun spin on red-carpet style. A cascade of ringlets makes a visual impact thanks to a few strategically placed blonde streaks. With such a bold hairstyle, it's wise to keep the makeup simple, which is just what the "Lip Gloss" rapper has done. (OK, maybe the lashes are intense, but would you look at her gorgeous eyes?!) Love It or Hate It? Lil' Mama's Fashion Rocks Look

As usual, Lil' Mama takes her look over the top - top hat, that is. Whether you think she's channeling Fred Astaire or Slash, Lil' Mama is certainly continuing to display a penchant for headgear. Accessories aside, her lashes are spiky and she went lighter on the eyeliner than usual. And, of course, her lip gloss most definitely "be poppin.'" Has she redeemed herself to the 88% of you that hated her Teen Choice Awards look?

When Lil' Mama raps about loving lip gloss, you know she's doing it from the heart. Just check those shiny lips for proof! Everything about this look is sugary-sweet and ruffly, and her makeup and hair are so cute. But I'm just not feeling that giant bow - it's way too Holly Hobbie for such a cool girl. This weekend's Angie Martinez Hair Show & Beauty Expo in Manhattan brought stylists, makeup artists, and celebrities together to dish on multicultural hair and beauty. Rapper Lil' Mama-not to be confused with LilSugar-was there, but I'm surprised that she wasn't completely slathered with her signature product, lip gloss. Kid Sister Loves Pro Nails

Lil' Mama had a Summer hit with "Lip Gloss," and now another member of the hip-hop family is singing the praises of her favorite beauty habit. Kid Sister, a rapper from Chicago, just debuted her video, "Pro Nails." It's all about having fancy, decorated nails and dealing with the jealousy that ensues. (Because, you know, people get jealous about these things.)

Welcome to the first post of my 2007 Holiday Gift Guide! Every weekday, I'll share a new set of ideas for gifts for your mom, dad, sib, boss, pals, special guy in your life and just about anyone else gift-worthy this season.

To kick off the guide, and to support our dear friend LilSugar, let's celebrate the mommies-to-be. Here are three great ideas for pregnant women who are carrying around those little ones. Since two of my best friends are about to become mommies, this was a lot of fun to put together!

My favorite item of the group is this Wonder-Full Balm from Mama Mio ($25). It's great for itchy and flaky belly skin, and it works quickly to relieve dryness and discomfort. If that's not something you think she'd like, there's also this Mustela Stretch Marks Double Action Cream ($34.49), which will help strengthen skin's elasticity around the belly, breasts abdomen, hips, and thighs to help reduce stretch marks during pregnancy.
