Does She Or Doesn't She Wear Hair Extensions, Part III

Ok, seriously - do all celebrities wear hair extensions? I used to believe the answer was no, but thanks to all of the insight from Sheila Stotts, I'm beginning to think otherwise. The gang from Gossip Girl wear them, as do all of the famous faces from part I and part II of my celebrity hair extension quizzes. Even if these people currently aren't extending their hair, they've at least worn them at some point in their career.

Trend Alert: Half-Up Hair With a Twist

Earlier this month I spotted Nicole Richie and Whitney Port both donning a modern, slightly messy take on a half-up, half-down hairdo that Mandy Moore wore a while back. It's a casual, chic, and stylish way to keep your hair out of your eyes. This laid-back look is easy to achieve. Just follow my three simple steps below:

STEP 1: Part your hair in the center.
STEP 2: Pull back the top crown of your hair (above your temples where your bangs are/would be) and twist hair away from your face. You can also braid it or brush it back as additional styling options.
STEP 3: Secure hair on the sides with small barrettes, elastics or bobby pins, or pull both sections of hair to the back and secure together. See? Easy.

More, more and more Mandy! She's such a sweet and spunky looking girl, I could never get sick of looking at her pictures. Most recently we see her with coral lips at the License to Wed Premiere.

In the center she's sheer and shiny-lipped at the Mercedes-Benz Bridgehampton Polo Challenge and on the right she's got a pink pout at her Mblem clothing line party. The other week we even saw her with devilish colored lips at the Dedication Premiere in NYC. Which color lip do you like best on Mandy?

Trend Alert: Summer Braids Are All The Rage!

I've done some braid-spotting and by the looks of it, this hairstyle is sticking around for summer! Maybe these young entertainers parallel their lifestyles to the complex and tangled webs they are weaving in their hair. (Or maybe I'm overthinking this a bit.) Mandy Moore is such a cutie! In fact, both Fab and I were just talking about how much we like her. It's great to see that she's confident enough to change her hair color so often and I happen to think that she looks equally fab in all three shades, which is something I have never said about anybody.
