If you're looking to make a major beauty statement for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, look no further than your hair. For the last couple of years, celebrities from Kelis to Rachel McAdams have turned up with pink hair, and if Spring 2009 runways are any indication, they'll continue to. Models wore tufts of peach curls at John Galliano, neon pink wigs at Betsey Johnson, and had their strands tinted varying shades of crimson at Balenciaga. Which Hair Color Do You Like Best on Pink?

Pink was recently spotted shooting a video for her new song, "So What." The singer has never been a shrinking violet who plays into conventional beauty looks or trends. I think that's what I love so much about her - she's not afraid to go all out, even if that means dying half of her hair platinum and the other half jet black. Love It or Hate It? Gray Is the New Pink

Some of my favorite gray ladies include Betty White, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Barbara Walters. I didn't think I'd ever be adding Pink to that list, but this weekend, the singer showed off a new hair hue (or. . .absence thereof?). While it may not be super flattering with her coloring, I think the color is daring and kind of awesome. Of course, Pink probably isn't actually going gray, but would she be Pink if she sported a hair color that occurred in nature?

Love It or Hate It? Rihanna's Fuchsia Eyeliner

Normally it's Rihanna's hair style and hair color that changes with great frequency, but last night in London, at the launch of her new album, Rated R, it was all about the eyes. Wearing a bright, cool-toned fuchsia eyeliner on her bottom lash lines, she topped off the look with a contrasting warm gold shadow on the lids and feathery falsies on the top lashes. For a similar funked-up look, try Make Up for Ever's Aqua Eyes in Fuchsia Pink ($17). Hint: you could always line just the top for a more subtle effect. Get Hot (Pink Lips) Like Eva Mendes

We here at Sugar HQ have decided that Eva Mendes never looks anything but absolutely beautiful. At a recent Calvin Klein event in Milan, Eva proved that the rules are meant to be broken. While her skin and hair coloring are more in the warm-toned family, the actress still managed to pull off a traditionally cooler-toned hot pink lip that had just the slightest glimpse of a coral undertone. Call it a bright poppy shade of sorts. What I like most about this look is that it's decidedly not a just-stepped-out-of-the-mall circa 1984 kind of effect. It's fresh, alluring, and very flirtatious.

October is almost over, and yet I have just a few more Breast Cancer Awareness products to feature. Today's is a bit of a splurge, but it's one that I think you'll like a lot. FHI Heat's Technique 1" Styling Iron ($105) is a ceramic iron that allows you to straighten, curl, and flip hair with just one device. Its plates are treated with tourmaline, helping the hair follicle lie smoother-which makes hair look sleeker and shinier than non-ionic heat irons do.

It heats up quickly. Really quickly. I used to have a cheapy $10 hair iron from college, and in the mornings I'd plug it in, pour myself some cereal, and chow down while waiting for it to heat up. The Technique, in contrast, is ready to go in about 30 seconds.
You can adjust the temperature. I start at the lower settings, but you can customize the heat settings up to 410°.
I know it's just a little thing, but this cord easily swivels, so it never tangles. Don't get it twisted. Heh.
Finally, it does a great job of straightening, curling, and creating waves. I wind up using mine to get rid of random frizzies, too, and it always looks natural rather than "done." And yes, the ionic technology really does make your hair smoother and shinier-it's not just marketing BS.

At first, I was surprised that only $1 of the retail price of $105 is being donated, but then I found out that the donations are going on for a full year.
