The lovely Freida Pinto arrived (with adorable BF Dev Patel on her arm, natch) recently at the Film4 Summer Screen at Somerset House showing of Slumdog Millionaire with a brand new bob. I think she is stunning no matter what she does, but do you prefer the cascading curls she wore to Milan Fashion Week or this new style?

Beyoncé Knowles, Eva Longoria, Penelope Cruz, and Diane Keaton. What do these women have in common, besides being beautiful and talented, of course? They're all celebrity spokeswomen for L'Oréal. And now, two new stars, Evangeline Lilly and Freida Pinto, have been named the new faces for the popular drugstore brand. Last week, we got the scoop on how Evangeline's makeup artist gives her that island glow on Lost, and now it looks like we'll get to see the actress in a more glamourous role. While rumors had been swirling for months regarding a possible partnership between Freida and Estée Lauder, the Slumdog Millionaire actress expressed her gratitude for her latest position. "I am very moved to be joining the great L’Oreal Paris family and all these personalities: a family I am now proud to be a part of," she said in a statement. What a difference a year can make. Hollywood newcomer Freida Pinto may be the next big star, and if Slumdog Millionaire wins top honors tonight, it's safe to assume we'll be seeing a lot more of this Indian actress. Her Oscars look is pretty much flawless in my book. Her makeup looks sophisticated, her hair is classic and elegant, and she looks so happy to be there. Are you loving this look, too?

Many of you loved Freida Pinto's Golden Globes look, so I'm eager to read your thoughts on her SAG Awards style. Slumdog Millionaire's rising star seems beautiful, gracious, and clearly excited to be in Hollywood right now. Taking inspiration from her periwinkle chiffon gown, Pinto wears cool lilac shadow with a touch of warm bronze on her crease, creating a look that is very unexpected and modern. Since it's all about the eyes for the young actress, she keeps her cheeks and lips more subdued, and wears a classic French twist. How are you feeling about the warm and cool tones? Is it hot or not?

How-To: Freida Pinto's Makeup at the Golden Globe Awards

It was all about the underdog last night, as Slumdog Millionaire was the big winner at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards. And the film's young star, Freida Pinto, was most definitely a winner with this look. With you calling her "gorgeous," "stunning," and "a natural beauty," you were clearly digging her total ensemble.

Want to play celebrity makeup artist at home? Well, thanks to Jeffery Paul, who created Pinto's fresh look, you can try your hand a recreating her glowing makeup using champagne, pinks, and gold accents from Jouer cosmetics:

Eyes: Paul smudged Eye Definer in Vert ($20), a green liner with gold flecks, very close to the lashes, adding Eye Shadow in Amaretto ($20), a shimmering bronzed taupe, in the crease of the eyelid.
Face: For a soft effect, foundation and concealer were mixed together and applied only where needed. Next, Crème Highlighter in Champagne ($20) was dabbed on the brow bone and cheekbones for shimmer and definition.
Lips: To complete the look, Paul applied Moisturizing Lip Gloss in Monsoon $20. He pulled out that Crème Highlighter in Champagne ($20) once more, using it to bring further definition to Pinto's full lips. Multitaskers - my favorite.

In Hollywood, Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto is a long way from her native Mumbai. Something tells me this is just the beginning of great things to come for her - and that she'll land on many best-dressed lists after the Golden Globes.

I can't find a thing that I don't love about her look here. She looks fresh, healthy, happy, and beautiful - and on a more shallow note, those eyebrows are to die for. Are you forming a girl crush like I am, or does her look leave you lukewarm?
