The last couple of days have been some of the most experimental of the week. If you've seen the makeup and hair at Marc Jacobs's runway show you know what I'm talking about. While I'm excited to see designers innovating, I'd also like to showcase looks that are achievable without a team of brilliant makeup artists present. So along with the big, cool-to-look-at shows, I've put together some of the prettiest, most accessible looks from the last couple of days. Click through and see for yourself. Tracy Reese Cozies Up With Sally Hansen For Spring

The Sally Hansen and Tracey Reese collaboration has been going strong for six seasons now. It's no surprise. Bringing affordable, trendy nail polish shades to the masses is always a hit, especially during this blah economy. To lighten your mood (and wallet), this season's polish collection, aka the "Garden of Fantasy," takes its inspiration directly from the feminine and modern pieces of Reese's Spring 2009 show. Romantic and colorful, Sally Hansen's Salon Nail Lacquers ($6 each) feature seven limited-edition shades ranging from watercolor pastels to deep, vibrant tones.

The limited-edition shades are available in March, and include:

Tassel: A rich gold that's got just the right amount of sparkle.
Honeydew: A lively teal blue with a little shimmer.
Azalea: A bright red.
Nasturtium: A vivid coral/tangerine.
Forsythia: A soft chartreuse. The boldest of the bunch.
Night Hydrangea: A mellow purple with just the slightest hint of pearlescence.
Beet Stain: A beautifully wearable purplish red.

Sally Hansen Collaborates with Tracy Reese

Even though Sally Hansen is about to launch a makeup line, the brand is still known for its excellent nail polishes ($6 each). As you might know, I think buying pricey nail polish is unnecessary, especially when you can find on-trend colors at the drugstore.

This season, Sally Hansen once again collaborated with designer Tracy Reese for her runway show. Tracy's collection incorporated North African prints and hues, and the nail colors complement them perfectly. Models wore Tunisian Sand, the tan color shown here, but I've been playing around with Arabian Night, a pearly medium-depth lavender shade. It's a little too fashion-y for the office, but for a springtime pedicure, why not? The coverage is good (you'll need two coats) and it lasted for three days on my fingernails without chipping - no small feat.

Feeling Crafty? Name Lancôme's Newest Pout-à-Porter Lipstick

We've seen it with Tracy Reese and Sally Hansen, along with Emanuel Ungaro for MAC. And now, in the latest crop of makeup-inspired-by-runway collaborations, Lancôme's Pout-à-Porter lipstick is back. But this time, it's in the form of a name-that-shade contest.

Previously, designers Behnaz Sarafpour, Proenza Schouler, Peter Som, and Thakoon have all partnered with Lancôme, with some wildly popular results. Next up? Add designer Chris Benz to the mix. His Spring 2010 collection will inspire the next Pout-à-Porter lipstick, which will debut on the pouts of runway models this September. Do you have a way with words?
