This week, I'm beginning with cool colors, showing you how to decorate with specific colors, how to use color in small spaces, and how to paint and upholster with color. Witchy Makeup Ideas: Teen Witch

Have you seen Teen Witch? If not, I suggest you do so, merely to see the fabulous rap scene of teenage angst circa 1989. The flick stars Blake Lively's older sister Robyn Lively as Louise Miller, a teenage descendant of witches from Salem. Over the past few weeks, I've been featuring all sorts of witchy ideas for the Halloween season, so to conclude the series, here are a few tips on achieving Louise's Teen Witch look.

Much as the look for Sabrina, the Teenage Witch is '90s all the way, this look is totally '80s. All you need is a long ginger-red wig with bangs. (Cut them down if you have to.) For the ultimate wow factor, create claw bangs on the style by setting the fringe with some self-grip, nonthermal rollers. Once you've achieved the perfect rolls, clip your teased locks back on the sides with a large barrette, and wear frosty makeup. For special touches, include a witch's broomstick accessory and a triangular necklace with swirly blue detailing, which helps give Louise her special powers. Each year, there are several It costumes from which to choose. Last year it was Sarah Palin, the year before that it was Amy Winehouse, and 10 years ago, I seem to recall lots of Monica Lewinskys strutting their stuff. This year, if I had to wager, I'd say we'll be seeing several Kate Gosselins, Anna Wintours, Michael Jacksons, and Rihannas - just to name a few. Witchy Makeup Ideas: Sabrina, the Teenage Witch

Over the past few days, I've been bringing you witchy makeup ideas, from Luna Lovegood to Elphaba to the White Witch. Now, let's get a bit nostalgic with Melissa Joan Hart's character from Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. To get this look, it's all about a mid-to-late-1990s feel, complete with a Rachel-style wig, a choker necklace with metallic accents, baubled bobby pins, and of course, some sparkling nail polish to mimic the dazzling effects of a magic wand. An oh-so-'90s brown-based lipstick and thin, yet emphasized, eyebrows finish off the look. For a whimsical touch, pay tribute to Sabrina's snarky cat Salem with some type of black cat accessory, whether it be a ring, an embellished compact, or a quirky evening bag.

Witchy Makeup Ideas: Harry Potter's Luna Lovegood

Throughout the past few days, I've been bringing you witchy how-tos, from Wicked's Elphaba to The Chronicle of Narnia's White Witch, and now let's get in on the Harry Potter action, with everyone's favorite quirky, kind-hearted witch, Luna Lovegood. With lofty physical characteristics, such as silvery-gray-toned eyes, waist-length dirty blond hair, slight brows, and a dreamy look in her eyes, Luna's often perceived as strange - even a bit loony - to those around her.

To get her unique look, wear light contacts, a pink cheek and lip stain, along with one seriously long, slightly disheveled blond wig. Finish off your costume with some radish earrings, a Ravenclaw scarf or tie, or butterbeer necklace. An optimistic, matter-of-fact disposition will make you truly authentic. For some extra magic, march to the beat of a different drummer with a pair of her distinctive pink glasses. Who knows what you'll see.

Recreate LC's Double Braids With Tips From Her Stylist!

Just when we thought there couldn't possibly be any more ways to wear braids, who better than trend-setting Lauren Conrad to bring us back in? At the Hollywood Style Awards last night in LA, the former reality show star styled her signature waist-length extensions in not just one side-braid, but two intersecting plaits. Celebrity stylist Byron Williams of the Byron and Tracey Salon created the look for Lauren, using her multihued frock as inspiration.

"We wanted to get it as narrow as possible because we didn’t want to overwhelm the dress," Williams said. "It was side-parted, and we French braided both sides. It’s kind of half-up, half-down."
