Last night, The City girls Erin Lucas and Jessica Heart joined Ali Lohan, to celebrate the new partnership between Nike and Nylon Magazine. The party favours included neon coloured (erm old school) high top trainers in fun colours like pink, yellow, orange and blue. What are your thoughts on bringing neon footwear back?

Diane von Furstenberg celebrated International Women's Month by throwing a bash at her West Hollywood boutique last night. Of course, Whitney Port attended to show support for her boss. The reality starlet balanced fancy and casual by wearing a DvF gold-sequined blazer up top, but downplaying it with Charley 5.0 denim leggings and ballet flats.
Has a Relationship Ever Gotten in the Way?
As we said goodbye to the first season of The City last night, we also watched Whitney say goodbye to her boyfriend, Jay. After he broke up with her last week, he decided he made a mistake by letting her go, but it was too little, too late. Whitney realized she was the one who had let herself go in their relationship — focusing too much time and energy on Jay, which was taking away from her career and friendships.
The City Tech Quiz: Episode 13, "I Lost Myself in US"
This week's season finale episode of The City taught us a lot about life and love — how great was Diane von Furstenberg's advice to Whitney? Not only did Lauren Conrad make a cameo, but Allie decided to move back in with Adam, and Jay finally came to his senses and realized his heart was with Whitney. We did witness a twist ending with Whitney walking away from her and Jay's relationship, although I'm sure we'll be seeing more of Jay in season two.

The season finale of The City left me wanting more. Why? Because I want to know where Olivia and Whitney's "friendship" goes after Whitney confronted Olivia about the Elle cover outfit ordeal.

If you watch The City (or read Page Six), you're familiar with self-proclaimed "social" Olivia Palermo, Whitney Port's co-worker at Diane von Furstenberg. I'm a big fan of her old-Hollywood-style apartment, which is featured on the show. As you can see, Palermo went with a calm, muted palette, leaving the walls plain and choosing white and off-white furnishings.
