• Marchesa is reportedly discussing creating a lower-priced contemporary label with Li & Fung, the global trading firm that recently signed on to help Vena Cava expand into new categories. Marchesa designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig already have a lower-priced line called Notte, which offers eveningwear. [Styleite]
  

• Jean Paul Gaultier said he was surprised to be the only person in fashion who made an homage to the late Amy Winehouse after her death. "Her look was fabulous, fantastic — it was unique," he said. • Gisele Bundchen's 5-year-old niece Duda is already following in her aunt's footsteps, modeling and designing a line for the Brazilian children's wear company Brandili Mundi. "She told us about her preferences on prints, cuts and details, and based on the briefing we received from her we came up with a collaborative collection," said the brand's marketing director Germano Costa. • Singer Nicki Minaj is developing a fragrance with Give Back Brands, the same charitable company that released Justin Bieber's perfume Someday last year. Proceeds from the sale of the fragrance will be donated to the charity of Minaj's choice. "I have always been a huge fan of great fragrances," she said. • Heidi Klum bared everything for the May issue of Allure, posing naked for the cover and addressing topics ranging from her divorce to plastic surgery. "Everyone has a view of what's not pretty and [surgery] just doesn't look pretty to me," she said. [Fashion Etc.]

She has done nail polish with OPI and makeup with MAC, and now Nicki Minaj is headed into the arena of scents. Nicki's debut fragrance will launch through Give Back Brands LLC (the same company that released Justin Bieber's Someday), WWD reports. "I have always been a huge fan of great fragrances," Nicki said. "This is yet another extension of my creative expression. I designed the scent and bottle with my Barbz in mind." Her Barbz (fans, for those who don't speak Minaj) won't have to wait long; the scent will arrive this Fall.

Nicki's funky and ever-changing style garnered her the first BellaSugar Best Trendsetter Award. No word on what the juice will smell like or how the bottle will be designed, but if we had to guess there will be plenty of pink — and a little cheetah print, of course.

• Marc Jacobs has just inked a deal to do a line of beauty products with Sephora, the beauty retailer owned by LVMH — which also owns Jacobs's eponymous line as well as Louis Vuitton, the other brand Jacobs designs. The cosmetics line is in its infancy, so there's no price point or release date set as of now. "We currently are working on defining what Marc Jacobs cosmetics will be, what they'll say, what makes them distinctive," Jacobs said. "I think that will take some time, but the first meeting was good." [Fashion Etc.]
  

• Front-row darling Nicki Minaj has written a song about her experience during Fashion Week, in which she name checks not only Anna Wintour but also Oscar de la Renta. Quoth Minaj: "When I'm sitting with Anna, I'm really sitting with Anna / Ain't a metaphor punchline, I'm really sitting with Anna / Front row at Oscar de la Renta, posture / Ain't a b*tch that could do it, not even my imposter." The song, "Come on a Cone," is a track from her new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, which debuted today. [The Fashion Spot]
  

• Not to be left out of all the Olympic-size fun Stella McCartney is having, Prada announced today that it will sponsor Italy's national sailing team in the upcoming games. The fashion house will furnish uniforms for both the team's athletes and its technical staff. [The Daily Telegraph]
  

• Simon Spurr, who left his eponymous clothing company just two days after being nominated for the CFDA award for menswear, still hasn't explained why he left — other than to say there were issues within the company that made it impossible for him to stay. But he's still hoping to win that award. "If they don't vote for me this year, they're not going to next year," he said. "It's now or never." [The Cut]

Looks like we're in for another awards season sprinkled with pretty retro looks. At the Grammys this time around, tons of beautiful women showed up with vintage-style winged eyeliner. It was on everyone: Adele had perfect late '60s wings, Katy Perry wore her pinup girl look, and Nicki Minaj took things to extremes. Even Lady Gaga was wearing winged eyeliner underneath her mask. Winged eyeliner is so flattering that its ubiquity is no surprise on the red carpet. Why wouldn't you wear something that spells instant sex appeal? Now if the rest of us could only get makeup artists to come along and help us with the liquid liner, we could all be wearing it, too.
